I am holding this poll as a means of research into possible factors that could be inhibiting my girth gains.

Please only contribute if you have achieved no girth gains and have been PEing for at least 4 months.

It was rather hard for me to gain girth until recently so I think I qualify. At the time of no gains my flaccid girth was about the same.

I started to have a nice, long flaccid early in my PE career. If usually my flaccid was around 4.5” (nbp), nowadays it is at least 5”, and 5.5” and 6” hangs happen often. My flaccid girth now is 5”. It was around 4.3 or 4.5” before PE (check my stats in PE database).

Wet jelq in the beginning, then later pumping and wet horses, and then dry jelq, dry uli, and dry horses (kind of squeezing the head).

I´ve done girth exercises mo-fr and then I had sat and sun off. That didn´t work for me.

So, now I´m doing one day on and one day off. More rest days and it seems to be working for me…

I haven´t measured yet and I wont untill my birthday :D .

Last time measured

Eg: 11.5cm/4.6”

BPEL: 16.5cm/6.6”

Kbtb, can I ask how long you followed the mon-fri routine? And did you get any girth results at all in this time?

Also, when you switched to one on one off, how long was it before you noticed that you we’re gaining?

Girth, I think is easier than length. Jelq at high erection levels and then when you get fully erect, clamp with your fingers until it gets less.

Seyz, this is the method you use I take it? What good does clamping when fully erect until it gets less do?

Well I do it to get rid of the 100% erection. It’s not very great to be jelqing when your at 100% or more. So when I clamp for 30 seconds or so, it goes down to a ssmaller % making it easier to continue jeqling. It is also faster then letting it go down naturally. If you want to manually hit girth you gotta do it with high erection % and jelqs.

Seyz, thanks I see what you mean. Could you explain further the term ‘manually hit girth’. Do you just mean use so much pressure that the cells just have to expand? Have you ever injured yourself doing this?

No I mean using manual exercises. Like Jelqing and bends. Non manual exercises would be like clamping, pumping, and hanging.
