Some people on the net report that it is remnants of spem that causes inflammation i nthe urethrea. Not so sure about that cause pissing doesnt hurt.
I feel like its the smooth muscle which is affected by the ejaculation. There is probably some sort of reaction of the body to the ejaculation that might influence the smooth muscle. Probably repairing kind of nature which might then make sense to use in some sort. But probably stretching here.

Hope someone can give some hints.



Im pretty sure that I hang fuller after clamping after a ejaculation.

I do a light almost massage type jelq session, a brief normal strength jelq session, light stretches then massage jelq again. I try not to spend more than 10 minutes on this after sex or going solo.

I started doing this a long time ago after I read that PE after cumming helps with reducing limp dick times between shagging sessions.

Works for me. I can shag as long as I want. Cum as often as I want, with no breaks.

Don’t know if it has positive or negative effects on Growth, but the performance gain is worth it for me.

Bear in mind though that this is all in addition to my normal stretching and jelqing routines.

How do you mean intense? Too Intense, so it might be detremential?

Limit intensity I guess. I feel stretched and some kind of pain in the upper shaft the same as I did right after a good training. That happens only if I get a really strong erection mind you, I guess it just restretches what’s just been stretched.

The ache increases with mor exercise or a longer wank but it also happens after a short masturbate and exercise after.

I don’t experience pain , I experience good soreness, as if I had done a great work out and could still feel it the next day when I jelq. I enjoy this forpm of soreness, I have no clue as to why this happens.

I don’t like to ejaculate and then start the PE session (delaying 20 to 60 minutes before start the session). I got really relaxed and can’t stand a decent erection (varies from ~ 5 to 20%). Didn’t feel any disconfort or pain at all (elaculating before PE session).
