PE after ejaculation

I observed that when doing PE after ejaculation I have a very high probability of experiencing pain. Its an aching dull pain.
Espacially when doing expansive exercises like pumping, cosntrictors or clamping. Not so much when extending or stretching.
But I think the penis is easier to stretch when ejaculating prior.

There is under all situations a very noticable change for me when I ejaculate right before PE exercises.

There is a little connection in how long it took to ejaculate(sex or masturbating). The longer the more pain - the more noticable change in how the tissue feels.
But I get the pain also after short build up to the ejaculation.

This leads me to think that the ejaculation process releases chemicals inside the penis, within the blood, that changes the enviroment in the penis tissue.
Its not simply fatigue of the tissue, as I can stay without any pain even after performing a heavy workout without ejaculating before/during.

What is your experience? What are your thoughts?
And..how could PE after ejaculating affect gains?

Interesting, as I just finished a session and ejeculated about 2 or 3 hours ago. I do feel a difference and have to take it slow, especially with any jelqs or squeezes. I like the feeling though as I get a fuller feeling. I usually just take the warmup serious and tend to stretch it out until the feeling subsides enough to work into my jelqs, squeezes and clamping. I prefer to “feel” my way through my sessions and progress and I rarely log, so I couldn’t say if there is actually a difference in gains after sessions like these. I am positive though there’s a difference in feeling and do get more intense sessions in during these times.

I jumped right after an edging session, which I finished with ejaculation, into the waterpump.
The pain was the most intense I ever had with PE.

Now even if I had double the time of an edging session without ejaculating and then pumping I would have never had this pain.
Its not a pain that seems to damage anything right away, like breaking tissue, but its very uncomfortable.

Up to now I didnt measure anything either so Im not sure how this would translate intoo gains or more expansion.

Hoping for some more theoretical and practical ideas and observations.

I also have the pain. Didn’t no it was from ejaculating until someone pointed it out a few years ago. I was thinking it was a random pain until then lol.

So in your opinion you think because the penis toughens up more after ejaculating you can get it to expand better? I have never really tried PE right after ejaculating so I would not know but I agree that you can be sore afterwards.

In my opionion it’s the same.

I wouldnt say it toughens up.
I just get that dull ache which I normaly only get after very long fucking or after a very hard PE session.

I also didnt experience much more expansion. Just the same.

I ejaculated after a clamp session and had now another clamp set and the expansion was the same.

Just that dull ache which isnt like a sharp pain.
It doesnt hurt that much its just very uncomfartable.

I see you clamp too..maybe you want to try it next time you come to put in clamping set.



Im just wondering what happens there. I dont think its dangerous.
Its just so odd that this feeling comes even after a short wank. So there must be something chemical going. If its beneficial or not..not sure..

I suspect that it is happening in the smooth muscle tissue

I never tried jelquing after ejaculating, but I have used an extender after and didn’t notice any pain or discomfort in addition to the usual.

Alright, after ejaculation at the end of 3 set clamping session I did clamp 4 times.
Directly after ejaculation it really aches. Almost unbearable uncomfortable. To the point where I couldnt reach only half the time in the clamp as usual.
30 Minutes later it aches still rather heavy. Couldnt complete my time..
1 hour after its considerably less.
2 Hoours after Ejaculation its almost totally gone.

Between the sessions I felt some dull aches. No visible bruising. Good hang but then again I rarely turtle at all anyways.

I second that isnt felt in this strength in the extender or with manual stretches(no idea about hanging) which gives some more hint that it is happening in the SM.
I have no motivation right now to jelq but I guess that it will ache too. I avoid saying hurt cause its more like a muscle pain after a workout. Maybe some acid building up in the smooth muscles(if possible)…

The gradual lessen of the ache despite further sessions affirms to me that it is some chemical effect due to the ejaculation.

I am used to the dull ache so I don’t even notice it. Lately I have been doing a 10 minute stretching session either before or right after ejaculation. Not sure if it is beneficial or a hindrance but sometimes I just can’t help it.

I am just a newbie but I think is easy to affirm that if you aim for girth and need a good erection to do ullis, clamping and erect pumping you better not ejaculate prior. For length doesnt matter IMO

Well I’m looking for more length so won’t matter then if I ejaculate before or during sessions!

Tried it once and never tried it again. The tissues are way too fatigued after ejaculating to do any type of stretching or even jelqing. Clamping isn’t bad but keeping a good erection up for the clamp after you blown a load can be difficult.

But I do find it odd that sex after multiple ejaculations carries no pain at all, even when getting a “very energetic” blowjob in the second, third or even fourth stanza … and even when you are iron hard. I guess it’s a mindset …
