Well.
Ideally White Anaconda is right.
And, sort of basically, the lungs weren’t designed to take hot ash in and hold it there. Ultimately smoking anything is harmful to you.
But there is a question of degree.
Heavy pot smokers will run into similar erection problems that heavy conventional smokers enjoy. Smoking ultimately restricts capillaries, raises blood pressure, and all that.
A relatively healthy person can enjoy weed smoking from time to time and without suffering any major ill-effects as well as gaining some of the various benefits: mild euphoria, greater relaxation and its benefits (erection quality, greater sensation, greater control, augmented orgasmic response).
I don’t see anything wrong with it. It’s like alcohol: used with a sense of proportion it can be really fun and enhance the experience. Go too far and all sorts of bad things can happen. Headaches. Traffic accidents. Jail. Death.
FYI: I posted the “Hmm” before I posted the thing you quoted from the other thread. I was still thinking about this one when I wrote the stuff about Tantra and Tao.
I believe it’s true that it would be better to pursue purer means of great sex. Tantric breathing or Taosist multi-orgasms.
But then drugs are very popular.
Who’s to say?
As long as you’re not going overboard what’s the harm - whether Chardonnay or Panama Red?
The funny thing is I probably started my own pot smoking activities (research) before many here were born.
Oh, and I just cleaned my bong. :D
Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.
After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.
