PE Discoloration "Melanin Related?"

Does anyone know whether long term discoloration due to PE has anything to do with melanin, and overpigmentation of the skin. Or is the discoloration simply dry blood underneath the surface of the skin.
I ask because I have had to totally stop PE due to severe discoloration (my circumcision scar is almost black “very dark brown” and I have a dark brown patch on the underside of my rod.)
I have tried dermacure for 3 weeks with no success at all, and I have also done wraps with arnica gel, with no success.

ANY ADVICE PLEASE!

If you are a hardcore PE’er, discoloration is inevitible. Hard jelqing and pumping are the worst offenders in my opinion. There’s really no way to prevent it either.

What causes the discoloration?… I believe it is oxidized blood trapped in the skin. Contrary to what you’ve heard -no cream, ointment or prayer will make it go away.

Good news is the discoloration will fade if the PE is discontinued. Mine took a YEAR to fade about 60-70%. It will never go away completely.

So theres no hope for me… nothing I can do but just sit back and wait a year to get a 60% fix? Someone out there has to know some sort of product that will help aid the fading process. Wrap and massage the discolored area?… some technique…anything. Epsom salt with warm water? This can’t be permanent!!!!

I wouldn’t mind the discoloration if it was even all over, but it isn’t. My forskin is dark brown/red with blotches, and the lower shaft is it’s original light colour. If I can’t get rid of discoloration then I need to make my lower shaft discolour aswel so it gives an even blend over my whole dick.

IMO, not melanin. My dick got pretty dark about 15 months ago from a couple months of hard girth work. Over time it faded until it was much less noticeable this August. Guessing, I’d say 70% eliminated.

I attacked girth again last month, and now it’s darker than ever - typical dark band around the middle. Look at stillwantmore’s pics for an example. I took about 10 days off, and noticed it continued to darken for several days even though I was no longer PEing. I suppose the lodged hemoglobin continued to break down during this time.

I don’t know how this type of discoloration fades, whether it eventually gets flushed out or gradually works to the surface and sloughs off. If it’s the latter, regular exfoliation and/or something like Retin-A might help speed things along. Retin-A has been mentioned before, but I can’t recall anyone actually trying it. Not sure what it would do to dick skin.

Discolouration sucks big time, but my best suggestion is to just grit your teeth and put up with it until you finish PE. Pumping and other methods to create fluid buildup seem to be the best way to accelerate the fading, but that hasn’t been looked into much. The two tone look is common among PE’ers. Ask yourself, in 2 or so years time what would you prefer - The dick you have now or the one you want with a slightly brown area? If it is already there, you may as well carry on.

It was referred to, and it’s probably in the search material, but I would say the best way to handle it is an all over tan. Not only does it “hide” the “problem”, but a good tan will last almost a year, meaning that if you stop “the cause”, the discoloration will disappear at about the tan rate.

using retin-a on your dick is an effective way of doing some irreverislbe damage.

You know, I really don’t understand why some feel it necessary to give up
PE because of discoloration. Would you rather have a ‘pretty’ dick, or a large one?

Most females consider penises pretty ugly ANYWAY. I’ve never heard a woman (or a reference to any woman) saying “well, his dick was small and unsatisfying…. but gosh it was so pretty, I just couldn’t help cumming over and over again!”

That being said, I’d also like to find some sort of cure for the discoloration, if possible. It seems like such a feat would be a small one in comparison to growing a bigger dick. Of course, the solution for this problem is much less sought after, too……. Oh well, something to work on when I’m done with PE.

My dick is bronze and veiny compared to pre pe. Its also a hell of a lot bigger. Even without the size increase it looks more brawny and manly in my opinion.
