PE how many times per week?

How many times and for how long on average do you PE. How have your gains been?

Checkout Xenolith’s progress log…his very last post. That was the parting shot from a good solid gainer with a scientific approach to PE.

Your story in two years will be different than Xeno’s or mine but you need a solid plan. You could do far worse than adopting what Xeno or Peter Dick has done.
