Hello everyone,

First off, Let me say that Ive been a lurker on this forum for a long time on this forum now, And I have learnt and tried enough to convince myself that PE is real, it works.

However, I have a great problem with the process itself. I have not been able to adapt my self to a proper routine. I dont have much privacy at home. I’m a day scholar (doing my BEngg.) so I am also very busy with academics and loads of other stuff. One thing Ive noticed (atleast here) is that the guys with the max gains are actually guys who are dedicated to a very great extent, Whose environment is very conducive to PE or guys who are plain obssesed.

I live in a big family with lot of people going in and out, here and there so using stuff like weights and pumps and whatnot is quite obviously out of the question.

What I’d like to know is that how can I maximize the time I have for PE (Say 30-60 mins a day in intervals) to reach some goals that i have set up for this year?? I need help please!!!

Some of the guys will be along to help answer your questions, but as a suggestion, do stretching, ulis, and consider an all day stretcher.

You can stretch while in the shower, or when you need to use the restroom for that wonderful pause that refreshes. Remember this, where there is a will, there is a way.

As far as what you can do to maximize your time available for PE, the answer is PLENTY if you have 30 - 60 minutes a day. You don’t have to be a hanger to make gains. Many people here do choose to let weights do the work for them, but there are probably as many or more that use only manual stretching and jelqs as their routine. If you are looking for a good routine, you can find Luvdadus’s beginning routine here: /forum/showthre … &threadid=3507. This is a good basic starting routine and, over time, you can increase the intensity and duration of the routine to suit your needs. Have you determined your LOT yet?

I would say that 30 min is too much at first and you will get good gains with only 15 or 20. Work your way up to 30 then maybe 60.

I’m with luvdadus. Start out slowly. 10 min of jelqing and 10 min of stretching will go a long way towards getting you set in your routine ways. And if you have 30 min to spare you can easily fit that routine in. After a few weeks (4-6) add some more exercises or increase the time spent on jelqing and stretching if they’ve been working well for you.
