Some guy will have a infomercial with a washed up star hawking a PE device or program. In the way future you will be able to alter your DNA to grow whatever size penis you want.

ThunderSS with a brutal propaganda campaign runned by Karl Rove.

In the good future:

Scientist finally reveal their innermost secret, they have all been lurking around at Thunder’s to boost their egos (and, of course, dicks) to get laid. They have also developed PE techniques that they publish in Science magazine.

I think it’s going to be to do with brainwaves. If we could match the brainwaves of a guy with a 12 inch-er then we could get a massive dong ourselves!

Imagine a balloon like circular hard rubber or whatever material around the dic, which you can make it to wrap the dick much more forcefully by pumping the ballonn. Just like those blood tension measurement devices.

-Now, with the proper lurication of course, you attach that to the base of the shaft ,and pump. What happens is equivalent to squeezing with your hand (ideally).

The attached figure is a simple design idea, where the balloon is attached to some fixed-rods, where it can move up and down. With a basic hand pump attached to the balloon, it’s pumped, pulled up, make it deflate, pull back down, a few quich pumps, go back up, ..

If there was a good ,robust, easy to use design, it would be much more easier to do the jelqs this way.

What is the most tiring about jelqing is that you have to make a sequeeze with the hand in my opinion. This way you don’t have to. :)

This is a crude picture building on the pressure cuff theory. The air cut off valves are manual. Fill first cuff and shut valve, open next and repeat. A bit of a clumsy contraption but in theory should work.
