PE with wife hanging around...

Any tips on all-day stretching methods I can do witout any device - practical when I’m around/togehter with my wife in daily life - not wanting her to know about my secret?

I was using a home-made stretcher for a while, stretched it upwards, wore baggy pants and my shirt un-tucked, that worked well, including being out and about shopping.

I have pumped and left the tube on, same thing, baggy pants, shirt un-tucked, but a lot more obvious, so you probably couldn’t be walking around much.

Traction Wrap. I always used a 1” wide gauze bandage after hanging: it hepled me make my best gains.

I wonder why you cant tell your wife about your PE? I did. She has no problem with it. She respects my privacy as long as I do not take too long about it. And, not in front of the kids of course. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

If I had been dedicated all along I would probably be 9x7. I never have been consistent with my PE but have gained anyway. Goals are 8x6 by 8/1/2006
