Pissing when Reverse Kegeling

I was doing some DLD Blasters this noon and actually some piss came out of my unit when reverse kegeling, this hasn’t happened before, although I do feel as I will piss when Rev.Keg. Has this ever happened with any of you?

I generally try and make sure that my bladder is empty before doing reverse kegals. And so far I haven’t expelled any urine on the pushing force.

I empty my bladder before I do reverse kegals, but sometimes some piss still comes out.
My guess is that this is normal

Uh…what exactly is a “reverse kegel”?

It’s nearly identical to pushing your piss out. It’s called reverse Kegel because it’s basically the opposite move.
