Hi,

I am not posting in the progress reports/routines section because this isn’t my current routine but only a thought how to go on with PEing.

I want to gain both length and girth.

Does this routine implement both?

3 minutes warmup
10 minutes jelqing
30 minutes hanging
50 kegels while hanging
3 minutes warmup

After starting I will use this routine twice a day and 6-7 days a week, in between the 2 routines I will probably wear and All-Day-Stretcher (BTC).

So what do you think?
Any guesses?

I haven’t been here for a long time and maybe there are some news like “ADS are bad for penile sensitivity” or something like that that you could possibly tell me, this would be nice.

My sensitivity is not good.

Rising, long time no see my friend.

I have three suggestions:

JAI stretches — 60 a day will grow your length in some way.
Clamping and/or Bends - A way to gain girth, and make a woman feel like shes giving birth.
PE weights for an all day stretcher — Your flaccid hang will never be better; making the girls even wetter.
