Hi all

I have been doing PE for some time now (8 months) and have had some gains. It would be a great help if someone experienced could take a look at my routine and tell me if there is anything I need to change.

During the day, I try to do 2x1h Penimaster stretching (1 hour in the mornings before school and then 1 more in the afternoon). In the evenings I do the following routine: 20 min jelq, 10 min clamping, 5 min jelq. I take two days of every week.

There seems to be no heat in your routine. Maybe that could be the first thing you could add. A heat up and a heat down is the essential way to gain with PE. That’s my two cents worth. Maybe some others can chime in.

How do I apply heat? Do you mean like adding a warm up or something like that? Would it be enough to warm a towel and wrap it around for a few minutes before I start?

Your on the right track. You’ve been a member here for ages and I can’t believe you don’t do warm ups. Check this out.
