IMO Porn is very dangerous. I stay away from it as much as I can. And I’m not talking about a moral issue I’m talking about a desensitized point of view. You’re really better off staying away from it at the end of the day. IMO at least.

I took a break from it for a while, doing PE without. Now I only use pictures, no video or sound. It makes you use your imagination more, and the rare times I watch real porn it turns me on like never before. I think it’s great for edging or higher erection jelqs, just keep tabs on it.

Very interesting! I think I might try that out :)

As for porn, I try to stay away from it but I’m doing a very tough workout routine in the gym that’s going to last around 10 weeks and my CNS won’t be up to par. A run down CNS = not the greatest erections.

TheContinental's option is good. Another option is something I do occasionally — watch porn until you get aroused. Then TURN IT OFF and do your workout.

Good luck with the workouts, I know just what you mean about run down CNS = mediocre erections. But they will be good enough for jelqing.

sta-cool has a great idea there, get that initial arousal and then see how long you can do without. If I’m really tired, or trying to PE too late, I’ll give myself a jump start with a hot movie, then pause it and just listen to music and what not while I PE. I started this because I noticed I was developing a craving for visual and audible stimuli. Even during sex I had to see and hear arousal. I’m not saying without porn a man can be just as happy having sex with a “dead fish” but to me I had gotten too used the loud noise and visual arousal.

I’m always getting desensitized to porn. I watch hardcore stuff where the girl is screaming and getting really pounding just to get an erection, lol. The next few days I can’t get very hard for girth work. I’m going to try watching porn on certain days and instead of watching 1.5 hours I’ll watch no more than 20 minutes per session.

I watch porn every time I clamp. The trick is though, that I need to constantly find new porn to stay excited. Luckily this doesn’t take too much time to do.

I just went without porn for 3 days and damn was the porn looking fresh and addicting. I’m going to try and watch pictures instead of movies and limit the amount of time.
