Huh.
I haven’t been doing PE for several months, I’ll restart in about a month - have to graduate from uni. But when I’ve been doing it, I’ve used a “preparation” routine, which, I believe, should augment the effect of main exercises.
It consisted of:
1) Twist: just twist till it can’t be twisted any more. Can’t say it’s very intense, probably, a lesser degree of twist with some stretch would be better.
2) O-bends: well, these are known. Though I think of using the variation described here by Mick, I think it should be much more uniform
3) Bent stretch - bend dick by 90 or 180 degrees using finger as fulcrum, and pull at the head, also pulling fulcrum. Should have done that using thin metal pipe - that way it’s easier to do and more efficient
4) Plump twist - get a plump flaccid, then twist. Blood gets trapped within and you can’t twist very much. That had some noticeable effect on me.
all these in total took about 10 minutes to do - they are preparative. Though probably a longer preparation would mean higher efficiency of primary workout..
After that, I’d do New Jelq City for about 60 repetitions, 12-15 seconds hold, always kegel between strokes.
I did that routine for just 3 weeks, can’t say much about length - I might have gained some before that, maybe 2 mm, but I’ve got definite 0.5 cm of girth at upper shaft, where blood gets trapped by NJC, and somewhat lesser gains downshaft, only in CS. While upper shaft gain was mainly CC.
