possible routine
I’m not sure if I am following a proper routine. 5 days out of the week I do the manual stretch for around 3-5 minutes or until I feel lose and the blood is flowing. I then dry jelq with an overhand grip on the sides for 15 minutes at about 60% erection (I never jelq at 100%, trying that before my girth decreased). Every now and then in that 15 minutes I throw in a few holds. Does this sound like an effective routine? If so, does the jelqing encourage both girth and length?
