I played with something like this a while back. It does make you last a little longer by “numbing” your cock. The sex is worse due to the fact that you cannot feel anything, which I didn’t like. But if your goal is to just last longer, it may help a bit. I would suggest trying other techniques to last longer which have been discussed in other threads.

Rundown, I’ve tried in in the past, for me it worked well, just don’t let whoever give you a hummer as that will numb their tongue and mouth. I would say give it a try.

What if I want to use it at first for long anal sex, but then wanna do it straight after normally without the effect of numbing? And if I want a blow job after?? Does it just wash off or something? Is it dangerous for my girl if It gets in her ass? e.t.c

Lidocaine (lignocaine) is used in ointment for the relief of haemorrhoids so inevitably some will get in the anus. It is also used as a dental anaesthetic. So I imagine it is OK for both ends. Or if you prefer all ends. It is absorbed into the system and processed by the liver. So once it’s there it can only be washed off immediately after application

However on the container there will probably some limits as to how often it can be used.
