Head size compared to shaft is large. Is there a way to stop it expanding further. I do manual Stretches, Jelq, Power Squeezes, Girth blasters. Mainly concentrating on Girth.

Willing, I have the same trouble and the wife is complaining that it’s hard to swallow. Try wrapping the glans while doing your routine.
