This is how I use my high pressure cycling system for a 15 minute session. Used a 10 minute version of this here: Last night pumping pictures Post PRP session 2
I edge first. I used a heating pad for the entire session contacting the tube except when I check progress visually. NO CLAMPING.
Resting pressure is around 3.5Hg but may vary from system to system.
1. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 7.5hg, 5 seconds up and 5 seconds down.
2. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 10hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
3. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 11hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
4. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 12hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
5. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 13hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
6. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 14hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
7. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 15hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
8. 1 minute- Go from 3.5hg to 16hg 10 seconds up, 5 seconds down
** Optionally relube at this point.
9. 3 minutes- Go from 7-8HG to 13-14Hg. 15 seconds up, 5 seconds down
10. 2 minutes- Go from 3.5Hg to 13Hg. 3 seconds up, 1 second down.
11. For the last minute you can select a cycle. I use one that touches 18Hg+ working up slowly over 15 seconds and then down for 5 or more. Only a couple cycles fit but I use it to test max tube expansion.
Session end. Warm down with edging.
NO CLAMPING.
This is the basic format I’ll be using twice daily. I may up the pressures but the cycles should be the same. I may up times to 20 minutes if possible. My penis doesn’t feel a fatigue sensation but it does wear my EQ a bit.
