Is your focus length, girth, or both? How long have you been doing your routine and what gains have you made?
I really like your suggestions. Right now, I’m in the mindset of doing a quick 5 minute pump before extending to warm up my until and get some good blood flowing. Then wear my extender for 1-3 hours, taking a break and jelqing when necessary. Then, ending my session with 15 minutes in my Hydromax.
I think your ideal of pushing fresh oxygenated blood into the penis after stretching is a really good idea. Also, pumping at the end pulls your penis in another direction of growth. I think stretching mainly and some girth work (jelqing or pumping) helps with length gains. At least that’s my theory. Lol
The modified head is just a different head attachment so I can wear my extender longer. I could not get the PM Pro head to work anymore so I am using an attachment from Monkeybar.
