Pump, before or after ADS work?

Hey guys, I wanted to get your opinion/experience on something. Currently, my PE routine consists of dry jelqs, ADS (Penimaster Pro with modified head), and pumping with a Hydromax. Do you think I should pump before or after ADS work to help stimulate some length gains?

While wearing the ADS, I also do some A-stretching. I’m trying to gain more length and get over my plateau.

Well what I like to do is pump for 5 mins, throw on my x4 for and hour, pump again, x4 again, rinse and repeat for however long I have.

I have the hydromax as well. I like doing it prior so you have a nice swell, then extend and usually afterwards your head is cold and a little purple from the slight cut off of circulation, I find pumping afterwards helps bring oxygen back into your unit along with some jelqing and minor stretching.

Edit: not sure what you mean by modified head. I used to use the phallosan with the bathmate but I found all that vacuum pressure to be way to much for me. Ridiculous amount of edema which is why I went with x4 with the comfort strap.

Is your focus length, girth, or both? How long have you been doing your routine and what gains have you made?

I really like your suggestions. Right now, I’m in the mindset of doing a quick 5 minute pump before extending to warm up my until and get some good blood flowing. Then wear my extender for 1-3 hours, taking a break and jelqing when necessary. Then, ending my session with 15 minutes in my Hydromax.

I think your ideal of pushing fresh oxygenated blood into the penis after stretching is a really good idea. Also, pumping at the end pulls your penis in another direction of growth. I think stretching mainly and some girth work (jelqing or pumping) helps with length gains. At least that’s my theory. Lol

The modified head is just a different head attachment so I can wear my extender longer. I could not get the PM Pro head to work anymore so I am using an attachment from Monkeybar.

I most always do a 15 minute pumping session following my extending sessions. I feel the extender which uses a vacuume based cap reduces blood flow to the glans so pumping helps restore the blood flow to the glans

With my PM, I can’t pump too much before, then stretch. If I pump longer than 30 minutes before putting on the PM, then I can barely fit my penis through the base of the device. I also don’t think it’s wise to cause much edema, then stretch. In my opinion, that’s a lot of stress on your penis and could impact EQ.

After an extender session, do you pump with or without heat? I like using the Hydromax after an extender session because the water is werm inside the tube. I think that also helps with blood flow, recovery, and girth.

Do you feel like you have achieved any gains wearing the extender, then pumping? More in length or girth?

I’m not using a crazy amount of pressure to have it swell up like a full on pumping session, just something with light pressure so I can get a good head swell on, then I just use it to force fresh blood back into my unit after I take off my x4. I make sure I’m not damaging myself, or at least I try to haha.

Right now my focus is on length, I’m an incredibly hard gainer. I did jp90 for the 3 months, then I tried hanging and pumping but I just didn’t have to time for it with my previous work hours. That only lasted about 2 months. So I went to manuals, and the phallosan for almost a year. Only .25in in length and nothing in girth. Ridiculous if you ask me. So now I’m using the x4 with pumping and manuals. Only been doing that for about a month and a half so fingers crossed. I can see my flaccid getting a little bigger, so I would be on the top of the world of I could gain 1in in BPEL in a year.

I used an x4 with VacExtender mod kit for five years and gained almost one inch in length.

If someone was to use a stretching device such as size genetics, ADS, hanger and then pump to finish off would this then not keep the already broken down tissue in a further expanded state which could be a good thing and bad thing, being that it depends on the intensity and a good thing as it would keep the penis more plump and provide fresh oxygenated blood. Does this make sense?

It made sense to me that’s why I’m doing exactly that. Pump, x4, pump, x4 etc then I finish off with a 20 min pump sessions then I throw on a cock ring right afterwards. Plus light manuals in between the pumping and extending.

I don’t see how this could not work lol. I also keep a very close eye on my PI’s. No point in having a big unit if it can’t get hard hahaha

Nice information, thanks! Are you using an increase in your BPFSL? That has always been an indicator of length gains for me. While in the extender, I do the majority of stretching at my BPFSL. I usually measure my BPFSL every 4 to 6 weeks. When it increases, I increase my extender rods to that length or a little above.

How many hours per day did you avaerage? Did you use heat before, during, or after extending?

I think it makes perfect sense and that it what I am trying to do, find an equal balance. Too much of anything can be bad. I have been keeping a close eye on my PIs to determine if my routine is too intense. When I wake up in the MRI info with a raging boner and/or have a few spontaneous erections during the day … I think that’s a good thing. However, I’m not sure if one intense session per week is a bad thing. I would love to hear more from others about intensity and PIs, especially from those when they were in the gaining zone.

I like your routine and that you are monitoring your PIs. Regarding PIs, what makes you think your routine was too intense? Have you found that balance?

For me, I gauge based on my morning wood and spontaneous erections throughout the day. I have done a session and the next morning I have mornin wood, but it isn’t rock hard and I only have a couple spontaneous erections throughout the day. I’m not sure what that means. Is any morning wood and a spontaneous erection during the day a good PI?
