On this site of extreme pumping one guy had this huge pump cock and balls it didn’t even look like a cock anymore don’t think it was functional anymore do you know if this guys are functional after deforming their units like that.

This guy is named Master P, and he developed a pump cylinder called the monster tube for extreme pumping. The unusual shape and size you see in his pic is mostly the result,though, of many silicone injections into his shaft and ballsac. Again, responsible pumping does not look like this.

Because silicone is permanent, he pretty much stays like this, minus any other additional expansion from pumping. And yes, he can probably no longer use it for regular sex of any kind, but wanting this extreme look is more important than wanting to be functional.
