Does any of you pump exclusively for girth?

Pumping is normally a better girth builder then length gainer, but I pump for everything I can get.

Kind of similar to hanging which of course is better for length, but a lot of guys gain girth too.

In this game, you just have to gladly accept the gains you get, no matter what you may be concentrating on.

I’m pumping for both length and girth, too. I agree that girth seems to come easier for me with pumping, but I do not expect exclusively girth increases from my routine.

I pump and of course will gladly except length if it comes but the benefits I have seen mostly from pumping are the following:

1) Girth gains
2) Increased vascularity (used to be smooth, now very veiny)
3) Flacid hang (much better now and I never turtle at all anymore)
4) Increased morning and nighttime wood (sometimes it hurts, in a good way, it gets so erect)

I think moderate pumping is a fantastic component of the PE arsenal. I think my unit is MUCH more healthy now because of moderate pumping.

I also include manual stretching and jelqing in my routine.

What size tube would you recommend for someone with 4.5 girth? Don’t some people have the issue of their balls going in the tube? Do any of you have links I may find helpful? Thanks!

I think you would be best to start off with a 1.75" dia tube. To keep your balls from going in the tube, keep the lube off of your ball sack, and as you pump up, pull out the sack as it tends to draw into the tube. Also hold the tube firmly against your fat pad as you pump up. Once you are at pressure and once your base begins to expand, less and less ball sack gets drawn in. You will learn quickly how to keep it from being a problem.
