Q4L's 3 Year PE Anniversary - Still no gains to report

Hang in there quick4life!!

I am basically in the same boat. I have been here since 2004 and basically haven’t gained anything. However, I have had to take a few breaks for injuries and such. When I did get injured I felt like I was getting close to some real progress each time and I would be kind of bummed out about losing the time and temp gains by the time I healed up. Hopefully I will not get injured again since the last time was the worst so far and I haven’t even gotten close to going too close to the edge since the last injury. I also have not been as consistent as I have needed to be in the past.

So like you, I do believe it works, but the cards have just not fallen right for me yet.

The one area I have definitely gained in is the flaccid area. I hang 10x better than I used to. I am pretty sure that is from pumping.

good luck

Very well said bluto. That has happened to me way too many times. I will be working out and see gains and become really happy and get overzealous. The result is an injury where I have to take a break and then all my gains are lost. When I come back after my decon I really need to watch myself and not workout too hard.

In search of a perfect body, penis, and girl.

The search NO longer continues. :)

Q4L: Have you ever found a routine that resulted in serious fatigue for you?

Collagen deformation protocol will be offered.

Decon now.

Quik and Bluto,

I also have been at PE for over 4 years. I’ve also learned quite a bit of info. but I’ve made no gains. I’ve come to believe that most of the beginners growth is due to measurement error (learning to take Bone pressing very seriously). However, there are quite a few people here in the +1 inch club. Thats not measurement error! There is something to this PE stuff. It can’t just be positive thinking. Its important to know that there are other hard gainers/no gainers like myself that hang around here. Stick around. We will figure this out. There is a reason. In the mean time, dream of petite women……

Start 030104 EBPL: 6.25" EG : 5.6" Mid LOT : 7:30 GOAL: 0.25 in any direction...."I'm not picky"- length would be nice "GIVE ME A %&#'N INCH OR GIVE ME DEATH"

For all very hard gainer (or not gainer at all as all of you), it should be detected some common factor.

Some anatomy factor, some lifestyle, some common on all of you.

Are you probably all with a upward curve? Probably with a very strong and short septum/dorsal fiber?

A common limiting factor should be present.

Hey quik4life,

I can only imagine how dispiriting it is to try and test every possible manual pe routine for three whole years, yet to only find yourself not gaining even a diminutive amount. Despite it all, you never gave up. I respect you for your peserverance.

Honestly I do not have the experience to give you any advice. But I will have to accede with the veterans that it is better that you go for a very long deconditioning break. After which, you can start off in a clean slate with a fresh unit and whatever effort you put in thereupon might have greater effect. Please do not give up. Do not succumb to other’s discouraging words and do not accept defeat. You have put in so much effort, all will be in vain if you give up now. There is no fate, God has’nt decided this is so much so that you can gain from pe. After all we once thought that God had already decided our endowment and that was nothing we could do to change it before we found out pe. I believe that if you really yearn for something, you will definitely acquire it one day. This is only the beginning, the best is yet to come!

Best of luck,

Evergrowing.

That’s true. There should be a limiting factor that is present in all of us non-gainers. There has to be!

Brazillionaire: Not quite sure. I do tend to overtrain pretty easily. It seems as though if I do any PE whatsoever, my EQ goes down and it takes a while for it to improve. I have noticed some goo things with girth exercises like squeezes and ulis and clamping, but they are always temp gains. I never get any good expansion.

Thanks for all your posts. I’m definitely going to decon for a bit.

You’re absolutely right.

Why do you think that the indicators of hard gainers are “having an upward curve, very strong and short septum/dorsal fiber” ?

If you are right, I’m going to go straight to the hard gainers club.

“A common limiting factor should be present.”

What do you mean by that?

Limiting factor mostly between ears: failing to understand methods of growth, or failure mentality.

Maybe it just doesn’t work for some people for biological reasons. That sucks man, I don’t think I would have continued more than six months if I hadn’t seen gains, but I gained about 3/4” after 7 weeks.

Redwood\'s Progress Report/Routines Thread.

If you aren’t sure if you’ve ever reached fatigue, then you probably haven’t. I’m not an easy gainer, so it’s impossible for me to gain without pushing myself.

Maybe your dick is not overly tough, but rather overly fragile. You did mention that you have tried "less is more routines". How much less?

Maybe, just maybe these posts will help:

-Mainly the first post here:

NEW newbie + advanced routine

-And mainly beginning with post #18 here:

Patience…

-And post #179 here:

EIM (Elasticity Index Meter)

Q4 I don’t presume to know a single damned thing about PE. Compared to those who have given you advice I am… well there is no comparison.

I am also fairly sure you have read the threads I mention, but have posted them just in case reading them in combination with each other will give you some ideas, or something will sound familiar to your experiences.

Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits

Quik4life, I’m also curious if you’ve ever done anything that causes fatique. Have you done hanging? A Captn’s Wench would be a good place to start. If you aren’t fatiguing the fibers of the ligs and the tunica, then I don’t think you’re hitting your limiting factors. Do you know what your LOT is?

I’ve done jelqing and squeezing and gotten nothing from it except perhaps a slightly healthier penis. My gains came from the ligs and the tunica- feeling a deep, dull soreness that caused them to grow.

What about a stretcher? Have you used a stretcher either?
