Q4L's 3 Year PE Anniversary - Still no gains to report

I’m 5’6”, 155 lbs, a very healthy eater, I workout 5-6 days a week with weights and HIIT running and am 25 years old. Like most Newbies, I had a vision in my mind, that after 3 years of dedication to the art of PE, I would have a cock that I would be proud of.

My Struggle

I found out about PE back in March of 2001. I paid for a membership to a pay site and started their “Beginner Workout.” After two months of not knowing how to perform the exercises properly and not seeing any gains, I gave up. I watched a lot of porn (and continue to do so) and always wanted a huge cock (or even one that’s just slightly above average). At this time, I concluded that PE was probably a scam, just like those enlargement pills. Yet, in the back of my mind, I kept thinking that there had to be a way to increase the size of my unit. Then, I found Thundersplace and thought I found the Holy Grail itself – thousands of guys obsessed and insecure with the size of their dicks (both big and small) AND they were proving that PE does work.

I have tried countless routines, devices and variations. I’ve tried the Newbie Routine, hanging (vacuum and the Bib), clamping (cable clamps, air clamp, adjustable cockrings), extenders, pumping, etc. I’ve tried dry jelqing, wet jelqing, Horse 440s, JAI stretches, inverted V stretches, Memento’s Rapid Gain Mechanism Routine, O-Bends, etc. I’ve tried IPR routines, the Peter Dick routine, less is more routines, more is more routines…EVERYTHING!

Day in and day out, I would read as much as I can about PE and what has worked for others. I received advice from some of PE’s best – remek, xenolith, kingpole, babbis, Pud, Monty530, sparkyx, ModestoMan, Peter Dick, Shiver, MX, Iguana, gprent, peforeal, Krowax, avocet8, mbuc, drilla9, Vincent Van Cock, Endow, Big Girth, memento, Bib and even YGuy. Although I have not attained any physical PE gains, I would still like to thank all these members (and other members whom I have forgotten) for their advice. I would see Newbies come and go, and members posting of what great gains they were getting. I would go through cycles of determination and cycles of depression. Whenever someone suggested something that I haven’t tried before, I would get excited thinking “This is it!! This will get me gains!” But after being consistent and following their advice, only to discover I hadn’t gained anything, I would slip back into depression. The depression seems to get worse and worse each time that I slip back into it. I don’t know how much more I can take – I can’t keep setting myself up for disappointment.

What I have learned

Although I didn’t gain anything physical from PE, I do feel that I have grown as a person. I have learned many things throughout my PE journey. The first is friendship. I feel glad to be part of a community (both Thunders and the PE Gym). I can’t think of any other place like them. It’s truly amazing to see that I am not alone in my insecurity about my size, my bouts of depression, etc. I feel honored to be part of this “secret” club. Everyday we put on masks, consciously or subconsciously, yet, here, I feel as though I can ALWAYS be myself. For this alone, I am truly grateful.

I have had the priviledge of seeing PE theories being developed and put to use. Bib’s LOT Theory, Big Girtha’s “Never Let It Turtle” Theory, Xenolith’s (with Shiver and MX) IPR Theory, remek’s Smooth Muscle Theory and countless others. I truly believe that one day we will develop this science of PE into a true artform, where everyone can achieve their desired goal.

I learned a lot about myself. For one, my total posts after 3 years is just under 1000. This is not to say that I don’t like to help others, but the majority of my time is consumed by reading posts, both old and new, over and over again. I feel as though I have a wealth of PE knowledge loaded in my brain – I guess I should focus on application a little bit better so that I can put it to use and get some gains myself! Secondly, I didn’t realize how much dedication and tenacity I had. Usually, if I’m not good at something, I give up quite easily. I usually lose interest in things after about a month or so, especially if I don’t see results (keep in mind that PE is the exception – I have been on PE routines that have lasted longer than 3 months). I guess this tells you how badly I want PE gains.

My Plea

My brain is on PE overload. I’m depressed and I’m…tired. I created this thread for a couple of reasons. For one, I wanted to ensure Newbies that although I haven’t gained, that PE is REAL. Secondly, I need advice and encouragement. I think I’m reaching rock bottom with PE and feel as though I only have a couple “cycles” in me left before I completely give up. There is only so much time a logical person can put into something and not be getting any results from, right? So, should I go back to the Newbie Routine? Should I do an exclusive stretching routine? Unfortunately I don’t have the privacy to hang or pump anymore. Or, should I just give up entirely? WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!

Q4L

PS - This has been a very difficult post for me to write. I know this post may come across as discouraging toward Newbies or even intermediate PEers who are struggling with gains. That’s not what this post was set out to accomplish. I just wanted a post that culminated my 3 years of PE, and to include my frustrations, thoughts and feelings toward my past and future PE journey.

Bro, I can’t experience it like you do, but I do understand ENOUGH that you feel fucked.

However, I have a lady now where I eat the pussy of. Last time I was tired, so I just ate her, because I love to see her enjoy. You can also like and kiss at the same time. For a long time cuddling, vingering, licking AND don’t forget your dick is average!

There is enough for you and don’t forget that your dick works. There are enough woman/girls who love the kisses, the affection, the tenderness. I think you are athetic so you can work on her in different angle’s wich a lot of guys just don’t do. Words can make her very horny also.

I know I am rattling, but I don’t have much time and want to give you a word. Working on her mind can make here really excited also. So ENOUGH options for you!

I, can, I can, I can not, can not compute..

Quik, It’s a shame you have a lack of privacy. Have you considered some sort of manual stretching routine combined with a ADS?

Stretching for long periods decreases my erection quality. I vacuum ADSed for 8 hours a day for at least 3 months, combined with a stretching/jelqing routine and only got flaccid length gains.

I think it’s time for you to quit your penis enlargement quest. If you haven’t gained anything in three years, it’s very unlikely that you will suddenly start gaining now.

Your dick is average. Be happy with that. Just be glad that you don’t have a micro penis or a dick that can’t get hard.

There are lots of very important things in life. Having a huge cock is not one of them.

:)

:buttrock: The Peter Dick method :buttrock:

Then, BPEL:7.500"x5.500"

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

That’s the thing! I don’t wanna quit! I’m not a quitter.

I’ve worked too damn hard and spent too much time on PE for me to have no net gains from PE. The fact that I know that penis enlargement is possible and that I haven’t gained will drive me insane for the rest of my life if I don’t gain.

Alright, I’ve never made a post on here, I’m more of a reader not a poster. But after reading your original post, I saw that you said you worked out 5-6 days a week. I don’t know if you meant at the gym or doing the pe workout but if you are going to the gym or doing physical activity everyday you are more than likely overtrained. Your body needs adequate time to recover. Also I would consider doing heavy leg workouts like quads and gluts, the larger your big muscles grow, your smaller ones grow bigger to compensate (I.e.) if you work your legs it could easily make your arms bigger, ultimatley the penis is a muslce and it will grow on it’s own and respond to pe workouts better. Also instead of training on PE everyday try training every other day, or maybe less. Your body takes a long time to recover. Another good thing to do is boost your testosterone, eat a lot of broccoli and high glycemic carbs, don’t cut down on fats(high amounts of fat lead to high testosterone), you’re already too skinny. Hope this helps, when I was 150 pounds my PE workouts weren’t doing anything. When I started gaining more muscle in my legs my body responded better to PE workouts(possible better blood flow). Also don’t forget to train abs. I now weigh 170 and my length has grown about an inch, this is from about 4-5 months on and off of PE

Final word of advice I see that alot of people are providing different workouts, you might be training right, your body just needs a day of two of rest in between, shorter more intense workouts with longer periods of rest

Thanks sduerigen.

The 5-6 days a week refers to my gym workouts. I do 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio.

Post #44 refers to all the workouts I have tried. Some have been less intense, some more intense. After about a year and half I realized my lesson about the importance of rest. Even when I had adequates amount of rest, I never experienced any gains.

Given the wide variety of workout techniques you’ve tried during those three years, do you think you dedicated sufficient time to any particular technique so as to give it a fair evaluation? Do you think you might have jumped around a bit too often in search of the “Holy Grail” of PE (not that there actually is one!).

As some have suggested, you may want to push the intensity envelope a little more, while sticking with a fairly simple and straightforward routine (like the standard Newbie one based upon jelqing). Of course, always apply caution and watch your PIs while exploring your limits.

I applaud your dedication!

I think that if a particular routine hasn’t provided any gains in 3 months, then it’s safe to say that it won’t work at all.

Hello quick,

I have gained 1 inch in width + lengh respectively about 4 or so yrs ago and have not gained anything since while working 5x as hard, less hard and in between.I consider myself a very skilled enlarger who does things to the finish and exactly as the directions call for.
I have took the last yr off from enlarging while moving into a new home.During this time I watched no porn ,visited no pe forums ect… I was totally into moving and fixing up my new home.

Now that I am settled in, I starting hitting some porn sites and seeing the big cocks, a week later I’m scouring the Internet for new ways to enlarge myself whether it be creams or the latest pe devices.

Bottom line is you and I will keep trying to enlarge our dicks as long as we watch porn I am afraid and neither one of us will be happy with 1 or 2 inches after settling in then seeing a porn guy with a bigger one then what we currently have.

I really have no advice what to do, since after 4 yrs of no gains it should be time for me to hang this up and use the valuable time I spend pe in other ways.

One last thing you mite want to try if you have not already is looking into 24/7 low tension(2/3 lbs) extending.I personally always believed this was the way of achieving lengh beyond the initial 1 inch gain most people get from ligament stretch.

Also in my opinion you did not have any internal penis to get that one inch initial gain or something out of the ordinary is holding it in.So your best bet mite be to try 24/7 tension to force your penis to glow new lengh which takes a very long time.I would give it a good 6 to 8 months and if you have not seen anything at all you mite want to really try and figure out away to get beyond pe.

Were you seriously consistent with this? I find it extremely hard to believe anyone could not get a gain from this type of routine if done religiously.

I think you should do this routine:

Heat in the AM
stretch for 10 minutes
no warm down
wear golf weights or pe weights for minimum 10 hours
warm up in PM after ADS session of 10 hrs is done
jelq for a good 30 minutes
cock ring edging for a good 30 minutes
warm down for 10 minutes
cock ring or wrap for another 30 minutes

If you follow this routine 5 on 2 off for even 1 month you should get some type of gains.

If not, I would have to point you in the direction of chemical PE or surgery.

Hope I helped. Sorry if I didn’t. Good luck bro.

I also find that strange. Perhaps the stretch from the ADS was too light for anything to happen at all and/or maybe the time between then sessions was too long so that the penis had fully recovered at the start of the next session, in effect making you start over at square one every session.

Hey quik4life,
sduerigen makes a good point. If you are training 5-6 days a week at the gym, you may be burning all the “free protein” you are eating, and not leaving any over for your DICK! My dad was a gym owner / pro trainer, and I was asking him the other day about training days on and off and when to take protein after a workout (I did not let on why I wanted to know ;) ). He surprised me by saying 2 things

1)That working the same muscle groups every other day is considered too much by some.
2)He experimented with training the arms ALL DAY and eating protein ALL DAY.

So the upshot of this is, eat plenty of high quality protein, and maybe cut down on your gym training - until your dick grows.

And the conclusions of these 2 things were?

‘Marky777’.

The strategy your dad mentioned works for some.

Theres also “transferrences of power”, similar to the sexual stuff Cheeva was talking about.

IE: you want stronger back or chest. Do squats, like every other day. Build the weight up and
Really kill it. Make sure nutrition is spot on, some overconsumption on the protein. Do this for two months.

Then STOP squatting, stop cardio and switch over to the chest or back work. You will transfer some of this power.

It makes a difference!

Confidence also makes a big difference. Found out on accident how it works, and I’m still figuring it out.

It is WRONG, and not many people will speak of it - but it works.

Kinda like “it is not possible to enlarge the male penis after puberty”.
