I have a hard time with length gains but girth came fairly quickly for me. I’ve still only gained .25 inch length in 1 1/2 years, and that came within the first 3 months. I never did the stretch and hold for 30 secs, I started out with the helicopter stretches. Stretch straight up then rotate clockwise for a set number and then do counter clockwise. Maybe it will give you the jump off point you need to get gaining. My girth routine may be too intense for you right now but I would recommend a single clamp at the base, with plenty of wrap, clamp off your erection and let it subside slightly, then rock your hips back like you were pulling out then kegel. You can do short kegels or 10 sec ones. I’ve gotten myself up to 30 sec kegels and have had better erections and just noticed a .25 inch gain around the circ scar. This can be very intense if you’re not careful but a .25 inch in a month is pretty good. If anyone tries this be very careful, you will feel it from mid shaft to head but mostly around the circ scar. Good luck with whatever you try.

Clamping didn’t really give me any expansion.

When I first started, I did 3 x 10 min sets and clamped down as hard as possible. I kept my erection at 100%+ by watching porn while I clamped. The expansion never got more than 0.25”.

Then, I upped my time to 3 x 15 and eventually to 4 x 15. Still, the expansion never got above 0.25”.

Then, I tried letting the erection subside (as BG suggests), but that didn’t give me good expansion either.

Finally, I tried low intensity clamping. I basically treated the clamp like a cockring. It was never tighted more than a few clicks. I wore a pretty thick wrap of neoprene, but it clamp still remained very loose. While doing 4 x 15 min edging/clamping sets, my expanded girth shot up to 5”. FIVE FREAKIN’ INCHES!

After a good 2 months using this method, I never got any permanent gains. Plus, the discoloration was pretty bad and was the major reason I stopped clamping.

I have ALWAYS connected masturbation to effecting gains. I currently PE 6 days a week and will never masturbate on the days I PE. If I do masturbate, or, I were to engage in any form of sexual activity that involved masturbation/sex I would not go ahead and do my routine for that day. Of course, I would never pass up sex if the opportunity arose.

The only time I masturbate, and that’s actually if I choose too, is on the days I don’t PE. Even still, I would much rather pass up the opportunity and most often than not I do. I’d rather save myself for sex. (Plus I always like to carry a loaded cannon!)

Maybe for me it’s mainly psychological, who knows?

Abstaining doesn’t promote growth, though I do agree keeping yourself loaded - within reason - presents some (psychological?) recompense to everyday life (increase aggression, confidence, energy, sensuality). Perhaps it has a knock-on affect to PE. Though I wanked like a monkey all through my PE career and as far as I’m aware it had no affect on gains either way.

Quick, I think it’s better to PE PE joff rest PE PE joff rest. 2 on one off joff the night before your rest day. I jelq very slow, the higher the erection level the slower you should jelq, mainly for safety reasons, but also for expansion.

Whichever routine you choose to follow, you should rethink your workout schedule.
Do not lift more then 3 times per week. You should also do your cardio properly.

Don’t lift more than 3 times per week? Why not? That isn’t really good advice to give someone. It all depends on someone’s routine.

I’m doing a less is more routine, almost a carbon copy of what Pud suggested in PMs with me.

Decreasing masturbating is very hard for me. I’m a 3-5 a day’er :morose: I did notice I don’t shrink and
keep a post-workout pumped flaccid longer if I don’t ejactulation after. That might be a factor.

Im glad to hear it, I hope it works for you, it might take a little time for your erections to get to peak condition. Once there, you should see good things.

With stronger erections you’ll get more out of the session, and there will be no need to do more than 12 minutes. I didn’t just pull the time limit out of my butt, I noticed that after the first 10 to 12 minutes the expansion pretty much stopped and I wasn’t getting anywhere. Now all your doing is stressing out your unit, you need it to be ready for the next day’s workout.

And when I say expansion I’m referring to the erections expansion. You can sit there and keep pumping more and more blood it it will get more engorged. But I think there is a point of diminished return. The object is to increase the size of the erection, not turn your dick purple squeezing it to death.

That isn’t necessarily true. Abstaining for too long gives you worse off erections, while ejaculating can cause spontaneous rockhard erections all through the day and night.

Warm-Up: 1/2 full hot-water bottle - wrapped with a towel or over bottoms - placed onto the area with cock lying back (to warm-up the CC & CS) & then with cock lying forward (to warm-up the CC & shaft where the ligs are). Do this for 10 minutes.

Stretch: 5 x 2 minute stretches all exclusively done BTC (this was recommended to me by ‘Memento’:) ) with a 30 second rest between sets. Gripped at 0.5” above the glans using a 2 finger underhand ok grip.

Dry Jelq: 4 x 30 strokes at about 50% erection level using a 6 second cadence while kegelling. Again using a 2 finger underhand ok grip. Make sure you see the glans expand with each kegel while stroking.

Manual Clamping: 4 x 1 minute clamps while kegelling. 2 finger underhand ok grip at base & another at the top just below the glans. Again, watch for glan expansion with each kegel while clamping.

Warm-Down: 1/2 full hot-water bottle - wrapped with a towel or over bottoms - placed onto the area with cock lying back (to warm-down the CC & CS) & then with cock lying forward (to warm-down the CC & shaft where the ligs are). Do this for 15-20 minutes.

This is my routine, I’ve gained approx. 0.4” the last 4 months:

Warm up 6-8 min (hot+ water in shower, only on the penis)

Part 1: Stretch routine (With friction gloves on, so my grip becomes A+)

(50 sec stretch + 10 sec rest —> SD, SU, L, R, SDL, SDR, SO) x3
=21 min
(V-stretch 30 sec at three places, Inverted dito, JAI stretch 2 min at LOT 7-8) x3
=15 min

Warm up or: Inter-warm up —-> 5 min (rice sock, macaroni sock)

Part 2: Jelq routine

4-5 sec strokes, 25-70% for 24-30 min with 5-6 Uli’s*
Orange Bends 5-10 min

Warm down 6-7 min.

Total time: ~91 min (Sometimes I do a split at this routine.)

A warm penis is essential!

[*The Uli’s I do, to prevent injuries, are a bit special. I start with 50-70% semi erect, and then kegel in blood and the I do them as usual. At the last part of the stroke, I let up my grip slowly. This is to be gentle to the dorsal nerve.]
Recently I began do Orange Bends for girth, and I think they will get me gains in a recent future. But for now I am more concentrated at length.

I hope this could inspire you. 0.4” in 4 months are good gains (I also didn’t have almost any newbie gains, so It’s fun to gain nowadays)
