I really think that for length hanging is the real deal. I hanged for a very short period of time (less than 2 weeks) during the last part of my newbie routine - just hanging, nothing else - and I’ve gained about .5cm BP and almost a full cm in stretched flaccid.

The reason I’ve stopped hanging was mainly the lack of a good hanger (I used a loop home-made device) and it didn’t feel really good on my skin and head once I got to 3kg. Also, the skin was stretching too much.

I used to hang 1-2 hours a day in sets of 15min. The weight was enough to make me feel a slight pain in my ligs at the beginning of the session (after a while it faded out).

FoxMarrine: Yes, I have tried routines that are really strenuous and intense. Those routines left me with a limp dick. Getting an erection was really difficult, even on non-PE days. I gave the routine a try for a good 1-1.5 months and got no gains.

Wana B Big: I tried pumping as well. I bought a 1.5” LA Pump. Gave it a try for a good couple months. While in and out of the pump, I never really had good expansion. I tried condom pumping and pumping at both low and higher (~ 7-8 hgs) pressures, but it never really expanded all that much. And if it did, it didn’t really last long at all (30 mins max). Pumping also started to give me limp dick so I had to stop. I believe that if you don’t see positive PIs within the first 1-1.5 months, you have to change your routine.

Have you also tried any sort of ADS / PeniMaster or the sort, that would provide a medium to low tension for longer times ?

Your right. I did gain. I gained approximately 1.2 cm BP. During my decon I lost about 0.2cm BP. NBP, my gains were very minimal - about 0.3 cm NBP.

I did a decon break and did the same IPR routine for my second cycle. This time, I didn’t gain anything. Not even 0.1cm BP. The routine worked at first, but then it seemed my body became accustomed to the IPR hanging routine quite quikly. It sucks that my gains stalled after only one hanging cycle.

My positive PIs during the routine went up and down, which was weird. IMO, a good routine that provides growth should have constant positive PIs. With hanging, my erections were of normal strength and my morning erection strength stayed about the same.

The moment I saw that the second cycle did not provide any gains, I thought I had to go back to intense exercises. I tried clamping again (but with a cockring instead of a cable clamp) and I also tried pumping. Both exercises did not give me any gains and simply overtrained my dick - even when did the exercises with extreme caution and moderation, my positive PIs did not increase.

So, I went back to basics. I believe a good, well-rounded routine revolves around jelqing. Right now, my routine is just warm up, followed by dry jelqing with a cockring on, and then light (and I mean LIGHT!) ADS for 2 hours. I’m going to do this 1 on/1 off. If I don’t grow or positive PIs don’t increase in 1 month, I’m going to decon for 2 months and do the hanging IPR routine over again.

No, I have a not.

If dry jelqing doesn’t work out for me, I’m thinking of doing a routine that involves Static Stretching. If that doesn’t work, then I’ll go back to hanging IPR.

I don’t know. I don’t want to think that far ahead. Right now, I’m sticking to the dry jelqs.

Uhm, sorry for not reading through the entire thread, but since you’re so dedicated to this stuff, have you thought about going into hours? Yes, [b]HOURS! Already in my first month my entire PE session sometimes took up to three hours: one for stretching and two for jelqing. The key to keep up this routine (no rest days, btw) is to multi-task. When stretching, I’ve always been doing something else (reading at the comp, usually) and while jelqing there was always some movie that I got off the ‘net. That’s how you actually get that much time in. 10 minutes of jelqing per day is a joke, imho. That’s just how long it took me to warm up with an IR lamp (screw the showering).

Have you really stopped to think about your actual tecnique of your exercises? When you would wet jelq… how would you do it, IN DETAIL? Seriously though, if you’ve done all these various routines and none have basically worked for you don’t you think it’s possible your tecnique itself is a bit flawed?

When I’m doing my wet jelqs I get an intense feeling of extreme blood pressure in my dong and I know I’m working it. After 10 min of wet jelqing with 10 horses and 10 ulis in between my dick pumps up to close to 3/4 an inch bigger girth after. That routine takes around 40 min total.

I gained 1 1/2 inches in 6 months with nothing but manual stretches and ads. Thirty minutes of manual stretching split in two fifteen minute sets. Combined with 6 hours of ADS with breaks in between.

Bah, to late to edit, here’s what I definitely wanted to add to my other post:

quik, also get a hard wooden ruler and wrap some soft cloth/tissue around the bottom part, because you’re going to hold it onto your pubic bone while you try to get your biggest possible BPFSL. This is best done while sitting down, to you don’t have any leeway for variations. Admire your already large (but admittably useless) BPFSL. Next to your BPEL this is probably the most accurate measurement you’re going to get.

Now, when stretching from what I gather there are three basic exercises. The first is a continuous stretch with ‘normal’ strength. The second is a series of tugs. The most dangerous one is a tug with as much force as possible. I’d stick with the normal tugs for a start, but what you want to try is to top your current measurement off at the end of the week by at least 0.2” or so. This means you really have to muster the biggest measurement that you can and then try to top it off by a few thous (1000 thou = 1 inch) with each additional stretch. The tugging will hopefully rupture enough tissue to initiate growth.

This is what I’m doing at the moment, btw.

Johnnno and Kuukie: I have tried the intense route. It didn’t work for me. I seem to overtrain very easily and my recovery time also takes very long. I remember when I was young and used to work out with weights that I’d be sore the next day and recover quite quikly. Now, for some reason, when I work out with weights (or do pushups, situps, etc), I don’t get sore the next day, but the FOLLOWING day. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with my body now. It’s like my body is on some sort of delay for healing/recovery. It’s weird.

I have never done jelqing for long periods of time. My stretching sessions have never exceeded 30 minutes and my jelqing sessions have never exceeded 20-25 minutes. To be honest, I think that anything over those time limits are pointless - after that time period, one is substituting quantity for quality. For this reason, I really like the idea of dry jelqing. It’s intense and if you focus on making each stroke a quality one, it makes for an good session. It’s almost like weightlifting - intense exercises in a short period of time with adaquate recovery time.

One route you could go is using supplements to try and break down the collagen. Maybe test out vitalaxin or DMSO before PE sessions to see if it helps.

There could be a few simple reasons you aren’t gaining.
1-Not using enough force. You should at least try an intense routine for a few months since you’ve never done it.
2-You have a super-strong tunica. Drugs or chemical PE would be very helpful in weakening it.
3-You’re body doesn’t have the resources for repair. This could be down to diet, or something more serious like a lack of HGH or DHT.

I would 1.) hang and 2.) clamp, building up to higher pressures than you were doing - and squeezing while clamped (which you have to do VERY carefully and build up very gradually).

I got a 1/4” newbie girth gain from the clamping that would give you a lot of encouragement in your own case. Very slow since then, but 1/4” would be welcome to you I am sure. Girth is where it’s at for sex (too bad I have more LENGTH!)

I’ve used Dmso to try to make the tunica more elastic, it works to some degree temporarily (which is amazing), and makes you have slightly better bloodflow. Though I’ve only done it several times. You have to be careful with that stuff, whatever it comes in contact with below a certain molecular weight, it’s gonna pull right into the tissue it’s in contact with. And you need the really pure stuff, not industrial DMSO. This is the stuff I have(not advertising).
