Rest experiences please.

Was wondering if any of the vets that have made significant gains can relate some of their experience with rest periods. After thirteen months with no layoffs over four days I’m contemplating a break aside from maybe some light jelquing. I’m feeling a little drained psychologically and was wondering if this will give me a boost before I make the push for my last half inch. Physically, other then some darkness and bruising eveythings still pointing north.

Any thoughts or experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have taken more than one long term break.

The 1st time I did PE it took 3 months to make my 1st gains…..then I gained 1” length X .5” girth in the next 4 months…I then continued with PE for 6 more months with no gains. I stopped for well over a year.

I came back for 3 months and gained another .25” girth. And stopped for another year………I’ve lost none of my gains.

Now I’m back and gaining again.

I’m glad to hear your gains were permanent even after such extended lay-offs. I’m not thinking about taking any more then a couple of weeks since I’ve built up a pretty good routine and I think if I break it for too long it will be hard to get back.

Tell me, how did you respond when restarting. Did it take just as long to condition your penis after the lay-offs as it did originally. Or did it react like a muscle that’s had prior training?

It is like starting all over again. My penis definitely doesn’t respond like my muscles. When I start working out again after a lay off my muscles get realy sore after the 1st couple of work out but go back to where they were wuickly and then its back to the old “how can I change my work out to make gains?” game all over again.

With my penis, its like I’ve never done PE before.

I was hoping you would say that. When I started PE I gained 5/8” right off so even if I can take a break, come back and gain half that it will be well worth it. As long as I can get back into a newbie frame of mind and avoid the injuries.
