I’ve read on a couple of threads somewhere that some people find their ligs retracting following stretching.

If this common?

After some fairly intense stretching, I’ve noticed that shortly afterwards my flaccid dick looks kinda puny!

I was getting a bit worried because I haven’t been able to get a really good boner over the past few days (probably due to a cold). However, I was looking at some internet porn today and got the best stiffy I think I’ve ever had!!

Slam, what’s your LOT? Are you doing a lot of downward or intense lig stretching?

The reason I ask is, prior to Bib’s LOT theory, I was convinced my ligs weren’t long enough, and concentrated on changing that. I did downward pulls exclusively, and often got the very retraction you are talking about. I asked and asked about it, never really got a definitive answer. Since I went gainless for a long time, I changed to tunica stretching exclusively, about a few weeks ahead of Bib’s LOT announcement. Lo and behold, I started gaining again, rapidly. Over 1/2” in the past 60 days in bpfs.

And you know what? Not a single incident of retraction since. I hypothesize that in my zeal to make my ligs stretch, not knowing they were at the end of the line, I was putting massive pressure on them, squeezing every molecule of liquid out of them, causing the severe retraction.

If your LOT is already low, I think your dick is trying to tell you something… If it’s not, you might want to ease up on the force you’re using. In hindsight, I don’t think it takes massive force to stretch the ligs. The tunica, though, that’s a nother matter altogether… :)

Ditto. I stretched the hell out of my ligs, mostly consisting of downward stretches. I did get some gains out of them, probably due to the few A-stretches I threw in there. But the other 30mins spent on hard downward stretching was a complete waste.

I’ve gotten faster gains through tunica stretches in the last 2 months, than I have in very long time.

I’ve got a fairly high LOT (8:30) which is why I’ve been stretching downwards.

I think I might reduce the force a bit and also do a bit of tunica stretching.

Always nice to know it doesn’t just happen to me.

Slam- This is not really an answer but I get retraction also. I never end with just stretches. I always do something to pump it back up to normal.Looks better that way.

CL, I don’t normally end a workout with stretches, and it generally looks ok afterwards.

Lately, I’ve been doing some stretching throughout the day, but I think I’ve been trying too hard! I’m gonna keep stretching throughout the day but not too intense.

The past couple of days, however, I’ve noticed some great erections. They looked so good that I couldn’t help but get the ruler out (I’d promised myself that I’d only measure once a month).

I was amazed to see 6.25” EBPL. I started PE just over 3 weeks ago at somewhere between 5.5” & 5.75”EBPL. My ‘it’ll never work for me’ thoughts are fading away fast :)

Slam-If you are getting those kind of gains I would think twice about changing anything.

The trouble is that so far, I haven’t really stuck to one routine. I’ve played about with different exercises and rest days. So it’s hard to know which is working best. I’m tempted just to keep on with different exercises as an when I feel like it and not stick to the same thing day-in day-out.

I’m also aware that the fact I’m a newbie is most probably the reason for the good initial gains.
