Slam, what’s your LOT? Are you doing a lot of downward or intense lig stretching?
The reason I ask is, prior to Bib’s LOT theory, I was convinced my ligs weren’t long enough, and concentrated on changing that. I did downward pulls exclusively, and often got the very retraction you are talking about. I asked and asked about it, never really got a definitive answer. Since I went gainless for a long time, I changed to tunica stretching exclusively, about a few weeks ahead of Bib’s LOT announcement. Lo and behold, I started gaining again, rapidly. Over 1/2” in the past 60 days in bpfs.
And you know what? Not a single incident of retraction since. I hypothesize that in my zeal to make my ligs stretch, not knowing they were at the end of the line, I was putting massive pressure on them, squeezing every molecule of liquid out of them, causing the severe retraction.
If your LOT is already low, I think your dick is trying to tell you something… If it’s not, you might want to ease up on the force you’re using. In hindsight, I don’t think it takes massive force to stretch the ligs. The tunica, though, that’s a nother matter altogether… :)
