Secret To Gains

Secret To Gains

Here is an issue that I thought I’d bring up because of its significance and relevence to PEing. It is definitely an issue that is debatable and I would invite anyone to comment on it.

The issue is, is resting the penis for a period of time after jelqing(as many of us have been taught) as beneficial as we all think it is, or is it actually detrimental to achieving gains?

On the one hand, letting the penis rest for a period of time after a jelq session seems to be the logical thing to do because you need to give the penis time to heal and rebuild itself right?

Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but jelqing creates microtears in the tunica, open gaps if you will. Yes, the penis needs time to fill in these tears with new tissue, but due to its nature, the penis will immediately begin to shrink back to its original state and the gaps will close back up before new tissue will be able to form in them. It seems to me that jelqing as often as possible and keeping the tunica in its expanded state will allow the time that is needed for the tears to repair themselves and , most importantly, time to keep these “gaps” open long enough for cells to grow in its place.

I hope this makes sense.

Some think that all you need is 8-12 hours to recooperate. That’s DLD’s thought on PE. He has made some awsome gains.

Would pumping be beneficial for this?

Youre going to hear a lot of mixed views on this because, all theories aside, the truth is that nobody here or anywhere is really 100% sure. Some say the more you stretch the better. Some say “5 on 2 off”, some say “7 days a week is best”, some say “2 on, one off”…etc, etc. I personally believe that more IS more on stretching and possibly with girth work too. I think the best answer you might get will be something like “well, it depends”. You’ll really just have to determine what on day/off day schedule is best for you and your body.

I’m one of the rest is good for girth guys and work work work is good for length guys, your going to have try it both ways to see what works for you

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

BUMP

I’m reviving an old thread that should be debated a lot.

Some say more work brings great results, some say less is more.

Jst I was gaining more than 1" in length noobe gains with a water pump for 5 months before I hit a plateau.

After 1.5 years I started hanging for 1 hour, 2-3 months for 3-4 hours 6 days a week and I gained 8 mm in 3 months because I reached a plateau in the 2nd month and persisted for another 1 month without results.

I started according to the XENO method, the IPR method, that is, 2-3 weeks of work and then 2 months of decon.

I noticed that for 2 weeks to 3 weeks I have great PI, but then it goes turtle. The elasticity disappears in 3 weeks, the BPFSL decreases from the last measurement until it regenerates and is then 1mm longer. I noticed that after each cycle of the IPR method, the BPFSL is 1/4" longer.

What is your experience.
- When does the elasticity in the penis disappear (2-3 weeks?)?
-How much do you gain each cycle after decon?
-When does it go turtle (3-4 weeks?) after the start of the cycle?
- is more, more or is less more?
-Anyone using Xeno IPR

I think that when the elasticity in the penis disappears, the possibility of growth disappears.

Thank you. Sorry for the bad post.

Is it safe to enlarge the pump?

oh,my god.

Over the last year I gained 0.875" in BPEL and 1.5" BPFSL with mostly 2 days on, 1 day off… (vac ADS + water pumping). At one point I started reducing rest days, got up to several days in a row with no break, but that led to an injury, so I’ve gone back to 2 days on, 1 day off. You’ll have to learn what works for you & it can change depending on your conditioning.

I’ve gained a total of 1.625" BPEL (see my progress thread for more details).

My philosphy is minimum effort for maximum gains, as well as minimum force for maximum gains. This is why I switched from compression hanging to vac ADS, and it’s worked out well for me. The best part of vac ADS is putting the device on & going for 2.5 hours with no break while I’m doing other things (e.g. working behind a desk, etc). Its the most comfortable form of PE I’ve experienced (for length gains).

then: 6" BPEL, 4.88" MSEG, 4.88" BEG

now: 7.625" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6.5" BEG

What are the results?

skychilguy - results for me: 1.63” BPEL gains. 1.65” base girth and 0.65” mid shaft girth gains.

Mattias H - I had acorn flaccid penis — hyper turtling most of my life. It wasn’t until I did 3-4 years of PE before I fixed it and pumping was crucial to finally get my flaccid penis to hang long.

Smjbin - you said “is it safe to enlarge the pump” — not sure what you mean.

Regarding tissue recovery and elasticity loss, who knows. One thing we know for sure is it takes most people at least a few months to cement their gains. People that stop PE right after recent gains tend to lose them.

Also - regarding rest days and less vs more: I think you need to start slow, and experiment and figure out what works for you.
