Seeing nice gains already
I been PE’ing just over 3 weeks and already i see some gains in both length and girth.
I must be doing something right, so i will explain my routine. I do a 5 minute warm up in the bath, with very hot water, ocassionally standing up and using a flannel if its too hot, then i stretch downwards for 15 seconds, then i get the blood flowing by slapping it about like a ho, lol. I do that in all directions, then i do it all again, but sitting down next time (maybe this stretches different ligs?.) on the second time i kegel about 5 times near the end of the stretch and then get the blood flowing again.
I then sit back down in the hot bath for a couple of minutes before i wet jelq with baby oil (don’t know if this is best). I jelq for 20 - 30 minutes, and this is all at about 6pm. Afterwards i lightly stretch, pulling my balls down as i do the upward ones this time.
I then do a shortened version of this just before i sleep (i think that this is effective cos as you all know, you heal and grow in ur sleep). I been trying the same system with my food, cos i find it hard to put on weight, lol.

p.s. I went from 5.5 inches erect to 5.7 - 5.8
I measured wrongly before, which is why i couldn’t track it very well.
My girth is 4.5inches, but i dont know what it was to start.
