Shedding the Snake: Peeling to Remove Discoloration

I suspect you were paying more attention to your shaft skin and the hairs growing from it than usual.

It’s quite possible that I was paying more attention to my shaft hair than usual, but there was a definite increase in the number of hairs. I’m talking about 10-11 little small hairs, spaced out. I was just stating that it was one possible side-effect of retin A, just like vommiting, diarehea, uncontrollable bowel movements, weight gain are some side effects of asprin (ok maybe not, but you get my point). I didn’t mean that the hair growth would be significant enough that your penis would look like big foot. Plus I doubt men with reseeding hair lines could even get their hands on that stuff, if only for hair growth, or would want it, for it’s lack of strength.

Realize this shaft peeling business is still experimental.

I was thinking that was the case too. Well, I’ll just have to wait and see; I’ll report back in a few weeks about the color.

When are we going to see some pic’s? Eg: before burn, peeling and healing.

Sorry, but I don’t have access to a digital camera. If you want to see a pic of a discolored penis (before burn) that is similar to mine click here My discoloration solution experiment detailed w pictures

The wart remover with 5 minute application is definitely a milder peeling agent than the 25% solution left on longer (makes sense, if for no other reason for the length of time it was left on). It never really got the darkened skin look. It caused a much more minor peel at days 4 and 5 than I experienced with the previous peel. I am guessing the circ scar area is now even lighter, but not quite back to natural skin tone. I am going to wait a week or two, and then I will decide if I am going to use 25% or wart remover for one more hit — or maybe not even mess with it any more — looks pretty close to normal. On one of the “medical” sites I accessed way back when I was “researching” this, I read that doctors left the solution on longer on subsequent peels. Maybe the skin toughens up?

I think it does get tougher. My peels weren’t as good after I took a break from peeling.

So your skin didn’t turn that scary dark brown color? Also when you did your global hit, did you put the acid on in sections, or did your cover the whole thing, and do it in 1 session? What I mean is for example did you burned the right side of your penis for 5 mins, wash off, and repeat on another area, or did you do the whole thing in one go. I was looking back at my previous posts, and it seems like I ask too many questions. Sorry about that; I shall turn down my whining ass.

I never used a timer, but there was a big difference between wart remover burns at only a few minutes and what I guess was 10ish minutes. 5 minutes probably isn’t enough to get the deepest burn wart remover can give.

I wonder whether tougher skin translates to delayed orgasm, for better or worse.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

I’m on my second burn in about three weeks now.

I was a little bit dissapointed with the results of my first burn, so I decided to do another one. I didn’t even get the pinkish new skin colour under the old skin that fell off. It’s possible that the skin underneath actually grew back before all the burned skin fell off since it was on there for a while.

So anyway, this time I left the wart remover on for abour 10 minutes so I could really get a good burn. The skin is really dark right now and should probably start falling off soon.

I’ll let people know what it looks like after the second burn.

The skin didn’t seem thicker or less sensititive. Maybe if I hadn’t pussyfooted around in the beginning by doing multiple, shallow burns before going whole hog I wouldn’t have noticed as much difference after the break. Or maybe by then the remaining discoloration was deeper, so subjectively the peels had less effect.

By the end, even burning some areas weekly, I wished I had a slightly stronger solution.

Any more updates?

I’m adding apple cider vinegar to my regimen to help get rid of this red spot (I’m starting to think this red is acutally normal). Suprisingly vinegar has many benefical qualities to it. It soothes burns and itches, safely disinfects dentures, and gently fades freckles and ‘age spots’ over a period of time. Maybe people with normal discoloration can benefit from it. Here is the article on it.

Here is a list of uses

I am very eagar to do another burn, but I’m going to stick to my plan and wait a few weeks, applying the nessecary ointments.

Your lucky that you didn’t get a pinkish color.

I used a Q-Tip and worked the whole area of affected skin — first using 15%, then 25%. I was looking for frosting to be my gauge when I had applied it long enough. One major problem is the liquid was running down on to my scrotum, due to the way I was holding my penis out, and I did a peel where it was not needed. I think the whole time of repeated application to keep hitting all of the areas was 12 minutes — trying to keep fresh acid on the spots and get everything to frost. DO NOT DO THIS AS LONG AS I DID THIS WITH 25%. It gave me a great peel, getting most of the discoloration, but I then went through periods of great looking skin, followed by short periods of thickish/dryish skin, and then minor flaking/peeling. And it would itch like Hell — not sure if it was the remaining hemosiderin deposits having been moved up or if the skin itself being changed/traumatized. Even today — months later — my skin was sort of dryish and itchy — but that could have been because I used the wart remover a few days back. I think a cautious and prudent approach to using this stuff is the only way to go.
