Shocks in a routine?

Hello all, I have recently been doing only 3 -5 minutes of jelqing in the shower on most days and only a little bit of stretching throughout the day + kegels whenever I remember.

This is a “less is more” routine that seems to be working pretty well so far (measuring in 6 days!). I must have been doing this for.. About a month maybe and I am sure it is doing something good, whether it’s actual enlargement or just increased EQ, my willy is starting to get bigger again!

Anyways, today I decided to run myself a spa bath and I spent a good hour excercising my little feller until he was red in the face.

This was about 5 hours ago and there are no negative PI’s as far as I can tell. I can tell you for sure that I was perfectly warmed up at all times (was in the bath) and I didn’t do anything too over the top considering my level of experience, which I would consider to be high.

I am sure doing this say.. once a month/ 2 months would shock the penis into something. I’m just not sure whether it would be just to recondition it super fast or help it grow somehow. Who is knowledgeable on this topic?
