Well I’ve gone from 6.75” x 5.25” to 7” x 5.25” in 2 months (well technically in 1 month, but without being technical here lol)

So today is 3 months since starting PE.

Todays Measurement… .

7.1875” x 5.5” (0.1875” = 3/16” ;) )

So this month thats a gain of 0.1875” in BPEL and 0.25” EG.

The weird thing is, I really havent PEed much at all this month.

I’ve worn PE weights about 10 days since the 28th May, for between 6-12 hours continuously.

I must have done my Jelqing+ routine maybe 15 times.

As for stretching I’d say I stretched on about 15 of those days too.

So for this month, minimal PE has resulted in good gains, whereas in my first month I was sticking very closely to my routine and gained.

Well either way, after 3 months I’ve gained 0.4375” BPEL and 0.25” EG, which I’m pretty damn happy about!

Oh, when I say my “Jelqing+” routine, I just mean Jelqing and the other exercises (check my Sig if you want to know more)

You know what slack? I think we got almost identical penises. This week and last week I decided to take a break due to more important things. Only stretching briefly and doing maybe 100-200 jelqs every 3 or 4 days. No biggy, it’s just stayed at 7 1/8 and the same girth of 5’3. Hehe next week I might have a chance to catch up ;-) Im gonna race ya this summer.

Edit: Wahh! I didn’t know I grew an 1/8 inch, my NBPEL is at 6’6”, I measured yesterday after not measuring for a while and my girth is starting to level to 5’3 from 5’2-25. Maybe all that resting doesn’t go to waste after all. You definately know how to work your girth, reading your routine your not too different to mine except for weights and uli’s and bends. I guess your living proof that O-bends do work. :-)

I like O-Bends, I really do. I’m not really sure how many people use them, but I think they’re definatly underrated. (Whatever happened to the creator of the O-Bends, Mr Orange?)

Looks like you’ve got a program thats working well for you. If you can keep your gains coming with lower frequency sessions, you’ve got the tiger by the tail!

Yea know Slacky I have to thank you for confirming my philosophy about PEweights as an ADS. Here your gains with a regular routine and then with the PEweights and an irregular routine and gain the same thing.

That’s what I saw as well. If you have a sporadic schedule, the light ADS will keep your gains coming. By themselves they won’t do anything but combined with heavy hanging they produce very nice even results.

Yeah I have to say I think the PE weights played a big part in my gains, I want to start heavy hanging, but i’m going to wait a few more months yet until gains dry up. Ive been thinking of pumping too, but again, i’m going to wait a while.

Despite the fact my sporadic PE sessions have produced gains, i’m going to increase the daily use of the PE weights, even if its just 2-3 hours on the days I wont be able to wear for 6+ hours.

I will probably slightly increase the Jelq+ days too, but not by too much… ;)

Yep, that’s the idea.

Don’t increase weight unless you stop gaining and keep doing what your doing until gains slow down and don’t anticipate that slow down.

Milk it.

I dare say you’ll get your gains with very little weights compared to others.
