First off, thanks to my fellow PEers. I have been lurking and learning for about a year, and PEing for about 18 months. Stats-
43 yrs. old, started at 6.5 x 4.75. Current 7.5 x 5. I have gained much valuable information from lurking, and a long term hobby with gradual but important rewards.

Now, my request. For the last 3 months I have replaced jelqing with uli squeezes, and stretches with hanging. I hang 12 lbs about 4 hours/wk, and a squeeze session goes about 30 to 40 min., 2-3 days on, 1-2 days off. Hoping to get some girth at the base. Sometimes, I break a sweat on the Ulis, I am squeezing and pulling so hard. I really need to get the girth thing going, and getting frustrated with the lack of growth. Maybe it’s age (43- good health, not overweight and exercise regularly) or genetics. Maybe poor technique, but I think I got it right.
