Some jelqing questions
OK I know jelqing is like the main PE exercise so I’ve been incorporating that into my routine more lately. However I have a few questions:
1. I hear that if you jelq upwards it should help girth gains while downwards increases length gains? Is this true?
2. How much should I jelq a day? Normally I do just 15 minutes at night but now I’ve started adding more sessions whenever I can during the day.
3. How do I know when I’ve done a good job in my jelq technique? I’m never sure if I’m doing it right and I think my technique is good but I’m not sure. Are there any signs I can look for afterwards to know I did a good job?
