OK I know jelqing is like the main PE exercise so I’ve been incorporating that into my routine more lately. However I have a few questions:

1. I hear that if you jelq upwards it should help girth gains while downwards increases length gains? Is this true?

2. How much should I jelq a day? Normally I do just 15 minutes at night but now I’ve started adding more sessions whenever I can during the day.

3. How do I know when I’ve done a good job in my jelq technique? I’m never sure if I’m doing it right and I think my technique is good but I’m not sure. Are there any signs I can look for afterwards to know I did a good job?

1) Not as far as I know!
2) If youre a newbie, do what the newbie routine instructs. Otherwise, do what works for you.
3) A slight soreness in the dick, a bigger hang post workout. Also, check you can get a hard on after a work out. If you cant, youve overdone it.

1. Ok then I’m confused now I coulda swore that I saw someone say that before but oh well I’d love girth or length so I guess it doesn’t matter right.

3. Well I don’t have much soreness, and hang is a little better, I can get an erection after if something turns me on. Normally it gets a little red and a bit puffier (I think) after is this good?

1. I think that jelqing upward puts more stress on the tunica, while jelqing down hits the ligs more.

2)I did PE off and on from January to June then did a solid month from June to July. Then took a break from July to mid July and have been back at it. I think I’ve conditioned my penis to it now. I haven’t measured yet I figure I’ll measure once a month but the wait is killing me!

Ahh maybe that was it. I have a LOT of around 8 so I should try hitting the ligs more right?

You need to do a consistent routine of 3-4 months to condition your dick, so no, you are not conditioned.

I ignore LOT and would advise you too, its only a theory and has been disproved a few times.

Oh. Well I like my routine right now so I guess I’ll just stick with it and see if it works. Hopefully it will.

So which do you recommend stretching? Ligs? Tunica? Both evenly? Thanks.

Erm.. Excuse me for asking, but why does your penis need to be ‘conditioned’ to jelqing?

No one said that.

You need to jelq to condition your dick, so I dont know where you got that idea from.

We were talking about conditioning before clamping.

When were we talking about clamping? I don’t even know what that is. Also which should I stretch more ligs or tunica or both the same thanks.
