hey fellas, I started pe today after reading up. I despise my length and will do anything for some! (I’m looking for nbp measures so I am 5.5nbp length and 5.5girth) I really hate my dick(ok not really, but it doesn’t please me, I feel inadequate with my gf)

I’m doing stretching, kegels and jelqs. I am wondering:

1. Should I do dld blasters or JAI stretches?? The jelqing I have already mastered but I tend to get hard trying to stretch, so if I continue to have difficulty not getting hard touching my own dick, I might try hanging which involves no hand work?? Is it possible to gain length just jelqing and no stretching??

2. I saw a post about needing a cool down at the end of the routine and the guy used ice after everything was done?? Do I need a cooldown?

First of all, you have now what we call a “beer can” and one that is in no way shabby. You are already ahead of the game in in girth. Try not to despise that. I’m sure she doesn’t.

My suggestion, since you get hard quickly, is to concentrate on manual stretches, while you are soft. Surprise yourself. Do them early during your PE program, in every direction. Do them when you take a casual shower and then quit when you get too hard. Do them when you pee at work, if you have a private place. These short sessions can make a long-term difference in length.

If time is not a major consideration, go for hanging. A lot of guys get good length and girth gains that way. If time is a problem, consider pumping. Takes less time and gives great girth and length expansion. Read both forums and see how they feel to you.

I don’t know about cool-downs. I’m always thinking about keeping hot.

I used to get hard while doing stretches and jelqs in my first month or two. But after a couple months I haven’t had this problem. In fact, in the past few weeks, there hasn’t been one situation where I got hard when I didn’t want to (and I’m just above the legal age here). Hell, now it takes 5x the stimulation to get completely hard. I love it =D

Im new to PE. Just curious. What routine did you use?

Well for me, I think it was the jelqing that really “toughens” you up because for me I was doing it nearly erect and trying not to focus on having an orgasm. Your body remembers being erect without the orgasm so it naturally takes longer for you to finish. (I really discovered this once I laid off the girth work and hence no more jelqs.)

Biiqdan530 - You have asked this question in several old threads. Have you visited Size’s PE Database? Many of our members have posted their gains and their routines there. Rather than asking a question of someone who hasn’t posted in months, perhaps a viewing of the database will be of use to you.
