started today, couple questions!
hey fellas, I started pe today after reading up. I despise my length and will do anything for some! (I’m looking for nbp measures so I am 5.5nbp length and 5.5girth) I really hate my dick(ok not really, but it doesn’t please me, I feel inadequate with my gf)
I’m doing stretching, kegels and jelqs. I am wondering:
1. Should I do dld blasters or JAI stretches?? The jelqing I have already mastered but I tend to get hard trying to stretch, so if I continue to have difficulty not getting hard touching my own dick, I might try hanging which involves no hand work?? Is it possible to gain length just jelqing and no stretching??
2. I saw a post about needing a cool down at the end of the routine and the guy used ice after everything was done?? Do I need a cooldown?
