I was wondering, if I beging PE (again) and didn’t do anything for about 6-7 months now, should I do the newbie routine first?

Nice to see you back man! As for a routine, I would start slow and see what happens. You probably will be able to excel a little faster than a newbie. just listen to you dick and how it responds for you on an individual level. Good luck. And don’t give up again! Just think where you could be if it was consistent. Remember slow and steady wins the cock race.

What about this modified newbie routine :

- Hot wrap
- 15 min gradual stretch with the Max Xtender
- 20 min jelq, 5 seconds/stroke
- Edging 5 min
- Traction wrap. for the rest of the night.. I wore one during sleep last night, loose enough to allow the erect state (or to be able to urinate).

Well I take a bandage (like the ones doctors use) and I roll it around my unit, tight enough to create an extension. When rolled and tight enough, I’m about 5 1/2 - 6 ” long and It’s loose enough to allow me to urinate or to get an erection. I wear it as long as I can - I can easily walk around with it all day.

So does this help with gains at all, or is it just for the bulge?

Well I think it’s like a constant pull, constant stretching so I bet this helps.. Plus, I do that during my healing time so I think that if the tissus are being a bit stretched during healing it could be very good as they will heal expanded…

I think you’re on the right path with your routine.

Wrapping is a good way to increase flaccid size imo. I’ve wrapped for 1-2 months now and add at least .5 inches to my flaccid, even .75-1inche I would say.
