Well, I’ve been at this for about 4 months now and I have yet to gain any real girth. Length came very easily (until I started hanging now it seems to have stopped :( ) but I have not gained anything that I wouldn’t just contribute to errors in measurement. My routine is in the routines forum and I have pretty much been doing that for a while. Lately I have been mixing things up depending on how I feel, but still no girth gains. Any ideas? I am considering getting into pumping now but I wonder if that is going to help at all. I have done so many things and applied so much pressure that it’s hard for me to believe that pumping will be any better. At this point I’m getting slightly worried about gaining more length because I don’t really want to end up with a really long but skinny dick.

So what do you guys think, is pumping the way to go? I’d really appreciate any ideas because it would mean a lot to me to achieve my goal of 8x5 by Christmas time which was my initial intention. I won’t have any problem with length but this girth issue is really getting to me.

I’m trying clamping and squeezing. Hard girth gainer too.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

For me to gain any girth, it takes ~1 hour a day, 6 days on, 1 off. Or if you want, do it every day. I alternate sets of clamping and pumping (just started a week or two ago and I love it). For example:

5 minutes warm up jelqing
10 minutes clamp
a couple minutes jelq
10 minutes pump
10 minutes clamp
a couple jelqs
10 minutes pump
and so on.

Use heat throughout the workout. Take a measurement while in the cable clamp at max expansion. For instance, mine is a hair over 5.75 at the moment. Each workout, make sure that you get it to expand that far.

You will be at 5 in no time.

Since you may be new to clamping, don’t do too many sets, and maybe do 5 minute ones. Be careful.

What I am wondering is whether I should include anything else with my clamping. I used to do 30 minutes of wet jelqs and then about 10ulis and then do about 2 sets of 10 minute clamps. I get an increase to about 5” or 5 1/8” if I’m lucky while clamped but this doesn’t stay when I take it off. Lately I have substituted dry jelqs for the wet. Do you guys think that I should forget an actual jelqing and uli routine and just do something like what Philadelph recommended?

I’m considering this:

5 minutes warm up
10 minutes dry jelqs
15 minutes clamping
5 minute rest with heat
15 minutes clamping
5 minutes rest with heat
20 minutes clamping
10 minute final warm down

This would be without anything else, but maybe the occasional uli or two thrown in there. I’m somewhat reluctant to pump because I can’t afford it at this time with all of my expenses, but if you guys really think that it’s what I would need to get some gains then I’d go through with it.
