Still Overtraining My Dick!
I don’t get this guys at all. I have been PE’ing for years and taken time off here and there, but never anything like this. I am now doing a hot wrap, followed my an hour of wet jelqing (80-100% erection, intense), usually around 150-250 slow wet jelqs. And this is every other day, I do this. Hot wrap before and after, lots of kegels, and my erections are only about 80% hard lately.
What should I do?
I think maybe very moderate jelqing works for me? Should I try clamping or something new?
