I have an extremely high sex drive and am easily aroused. While this is something many men would dream
about, it is an extreme nuisance for length building PE exercises.

As far as girth exercises go, I have no problem doing them. My erections definitely make my girth exercises
easy and enjoyable.

My problem is that while I am hanging and stretching, I will get an erection and it is hard for me to control
it so that I can continue my exercises in a flaccid state. The erection also takes a while for it to subside
and can easily come back out of nowhere when I’m doing my exercises.

MANY people have said to just masturbate before I start my exercises but in my case, the erections are
many times STRONGER AFTER I’ve finished masturbating. I’ve even tried masturbating 2-3 times.

I honestly think it’s a mental thing where if I have physical contact with my penis, it automatically links
this to sex, arousal and/or masturbation.

I need help with guys that have had this problem while hanging/stretching. This is EXTREMELY frustrating
and is my limiting factor in consistentcy. It also is extremely time consuming as it will take me hours
to finish exercises most guys can finish in 20 minutes - as a result of my stubborn erection.

Please, do you guys have any mental strategies or anything else you do before you approach length PE
exercises (especially the guys that have had this problem and solved it).

This used to happen to me, still does to a lesser extent;just try them and stretch hard. You will get more accustomed as you get more experience. Right now, your brain only associates contact with the penis with sexual pleasure. Think Pavlov.

I also have the same problem…I think breathing can help to get you destructed from thinking of sexual things. Just concentrate on your breathing til your erections subside. This works for me for a couple of times now.


Starting Stats: BPEL 6.25"/ 3rd week: BPEL 6.5"/ 4th week: BPEL 6.75"/ 8th week: BPEL 7-7.25" /12th week: BPEL 7.25-7.5"

Trying watching the tube, being on the computer, reading, breathing, or just any distraction. Sometimes I can really focus on what I’m doing and concentrate on my goal of not getting an erection.

Whenever I’m real warmed up, like a good 10 minute heating pad warmup, my penis realizes that it’s time for my exercises. At least that’s what I’d like to think.

Watch sportscenter while hanging. That’s what I used to do. Just turn the channel when they start talking about Danica Patrick.

TV is a good suggestion. I always find that erection during hanging is not a problem because the hanger makes erection uncomfortable, so the erection subsides at the beginning of pain.

Distraction, like mentioned before, is the way to go. Also do some advanced stretches, doing them first really keeps me flaccid during the entire workout.

Thanks. I think you maybe right about Pavlov. I guess touching my dick is like an automatic erection bell for me.

I’m going to try to ‘condition’ myself by trying to link PE exercises with relaxation and trying to think of something
else. I’ll give a 200% effort in this and put 1-2 hours into this everyday.
