I think a lot of people are confused here. You have to be specific with the subconscious mind. If you keep that message playing ” I want a big dick” your subconscious might take it literally. Imagine that. Your on your PC watching a movie, then real quick a guy without a shirt running down the beach as the message “I want a big dick” flashes. You could end up worse then you started. Haha.

Instead of saying ” I want a big dick” you could say to yourself ” I’m doing more PE

This works better because as the message of doing more PE gets drilled into your head, you will start doing more PE, wich will lead to getting a bigger dick.

I have been deeply involved with NLP, hypnosis, affirmations, and deeper stuff for a decade or two. Lately I do very little of such things, busy with relationship, business and PE etc.

Since a few hours I run this SW with some PE related affirmations. Very easy to implement. I have them in my own language, despite being very fluent in English.

My version is Subliminal Blaster Powered v4, and I think some of you still use V2, and from what I read in your descriptions, my version is improved. I suggest you look into an upgrade.

I like SBPv4 except for one bug, the software prevents the PC from shutdown because then it asks if it should save the session even though it wasn’t changed. Also once my saved session was nowhere to be found, so I had to invent it all over again.

Did anyone here try it? It might be better for some people. I’d prefer SBPv4 if they fixed the session saving bugs.

I’ve had this program myself for a while. Its called subliminal power 2. It has a lot of neat features. You can choose size of the font, color, and visibility. It has a lot more but this is all I ever need.

Hello All! Thanks for the thread and the great conversation within. After reading the thread I have taken the plunge and now have Subliminal Blaster running. Taking some queues from within the thread I am using 4 categories with affirmations speaking to each category in sequential order (Spirituality, Personal acceptance, Physical training and PE).

I have a question I would like to pose to the group, throughout the thread it is spoken of many time to only use “positive” affirmations. In creating mine I have included some of what I think may be negative, such as “I will not judge people or situations” or “I will not make assumptions”.

Is this acceptable, is there a better way to phrase them? I would appreciate your input.

Thier was a time i was terrified of hitting this narly jump on my dirtbike. I would go home and do my affirmations, “I am fearless” or ” I don’t hesitate, I just go for it”. And it actually just made things worst.

You could say to yourself ” I’m accepting of others” etc

Another thing I found that works like magic is switching out “I” for “you”

It sounds something like this ” You are confident and secure”

I think this works better becuase every time your subconscious reads the message “you are” instead of “I am” your mind will accept it better. For example lets say you feel un attractive. And you keep telling yourself ” I’m good looking” your mind will find ways to prove to yourself that your un attractive. But if you phrase it as ” you are” the mind will take it as a compliment. It will give you the validation as if someone actually said it to us.

Also dont try drilling 150 new beliefes about yourself right away. Work with 1 or 2 a week. Imagine how many new beliefs that would be in a year.

The debate about “I” vs “you” have gone on for decades. Some even recommend to include both. I say pick your favorite.

I actually have the same affirmations written in “I” and “you”. I’ll say the ones with “I” or I’m ” out loud,and let the ones in ” you are” run on subliminal power 2.

Yea I dont think its real useful in affirmations adding the word “don’t” but I’m sure some polarity responders would eat it up like candy haha.

When I’m with a new chick and where making out or whatever, I’m the one usually saying things like ” maybe we should slow down” or ” this is going to fast”

Works like magic, so it might work for polarity responders.

I have edited my script, removed the negatives as suggested. Managed to rewrite a couple of them as positives the others simply removed.
Still looking at the “I” and “you” phrasing. I have high hopes for this, I work in IT so that puts me in front of multiple screens for at least 8 hours a day.

You is working better for me. It comes in as a complement and affirmation. The i statement i feel like im convincing myself and its not believable.

“You” verses “I”, with the discussion yesterday I struggled with this overnight but came to a conclusion early this morning. It came to me in those first moments of thoughts you have in the morning. I awoke this morning with a very satisfying morning wood. Still half asleep I snuggled up against my wife and “I have incredible EQ” and “I feel amazing” brought a smile to my face. Both are affirmations in my subliminal script and both felt very natural and were accepted in my semi-conscious state.

Those thoughts introduced a deeper examination this morning of my perceived thought processes. I struggle with depression, which I am hoping to improve with the subliminal work. When the darkness as I call it settles in a lot of the destructive thoughts are similar to “you need to get your Sh&t together”, “you need to get over it”, etc. So I seem to associate “you” with judgment or condemnation. Conversely when things are going well as they were this morning on my way to the gym the thoughts come in as “We are going to rock this workout” or “I am going to feel great when this is done”.

I would suggest that the I versus you decision needs to be considered on an individual basis. Some examination on how your thoughts come in needs to be considered.

Now beginning day 2 of the Subliminal messaging, will pay close attention to the way thoughts seem to come in and how they are accepted.

I’m enjoying the discussion of how we process things. I think we are not all the same on the ‘you’ versus ‘I’ and need to find out for ourselves which works better.
