I dunno if you guys do this, but I just put some of the “rough” Velcro side(1x2 strips) on the other side of the nylon straps, so I can have more area locking, works nice

I am sorry I don’t have time to search through all the posts here for this. When using the theraband for a wrap how do you attach it? With tape?

I use Scotch (transparent) tape. One small piece can last many sessions.

Got everything today to make the wench, was easy to make. But have to learn how to keep this thing on without slipping off. Going to take sometime to get use to it.
