I, not “i” please.

I’ve got everything except for the grippers. I’m so ready to start this stuff. I’ve known aboud PE for 2 or 3 years, but never started. So ready. Jeez. I need me some grippers! My manuals always slip.

I’ve tried everything but always there was to much discomfort. This is beautiful, fells so good I actually am hanging longer. Hopefully this will speed up my growth time and cut my risk of damage. Also I’m not as sore during my cool downs. Thanks again

“Pink Pearl” rubber erasers (sliced in half if you like) also seem to work.

How are your gains, using the wench?

Hello, the Captn’s Wench looks pretty good from the pictures and I am keen on saving myself the extra money it would cost to buy pre made hanger.
Where would someone living in England get the supplies to make this hanger.
I live in London and obviously don’t have access to a walmart.
Does anyone know of another hardware store in England that would supply the same materials?

Check out Dr. Scholl’s clear gel heal liners “for her” (love that) available at CVS. They are 1” x 4” with a self adhesive back. Perfect size to cut up and add to your wench if you are looking for more comfort. I am going to try them applied to the Waxman Grippers and in place of the Grippers. Will report back on the effect.

The Dr. Scholl’s gel pads work great. They are also clear so they don’t stand out like erasers would.

Another Aussie looking for cable clamps. I went to a few hardware suppliers, but no luck.

Anyone tried it who is uncut?

I’ve gotten all the supplies for this except: (2) 1”x 2” rectangles of Grippers (Soft Touch by Waxman)**, anything else that’ll do? Maybe something at home?

Pencil erasers will work. The big flat ones 1" x 2".
