The truth about LOT. Test # 1
Hey guys,
This thread is in reference to Bib’s LOT Theory. Ideas have been floating around for quite some time that the LOT theory might be flawed. This thread has been created to test the theory in hopes of shedding some new light being on the whole debate. The idea of the test originated in this thread: Testing LOT Theory. The test is very simple, and takes no longer than 60 seconds.
The Test:
The test requires you to pull your penis with a great deal of tension. In this test, you are noting where you feel the tension. There are typically a few places you can feel it. For the sake of simplicity, we are going to note three places.
1) Your ligaments — you feel a ligament stretch typically at the very base of your penis and up your pubic bone. You can sometimes feel this tension in your abdomen.
2) Your shaft — tension anywhere along your penis.
3) Your inner penis — tension along the inner penis. The inner penis goes into the body and is under the outer penis. Tension on the inner penis is typically felt in the perineum (the area between your anus and your testes). Here is a graphic of the male perineum: perineum.JPG
First, pull straight up at 12:00. Pull as you normally would if you were aiming for growth. Note where you feel the tension.
Then, go down a little bit to 11:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Then, go down a little bit to 10:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Then, go down a little bit to 9:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Then, go down a little bit to 8:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Then, go down a little bit to 7:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Lastly, go down a little bit to 6:00. Pull with the same amount of force and note where you feel the tension.
Now, after you have noted where you feel the tension at each of point, take your LOT test. If you have never done the LOT test before, then instructions on doing so can be found in the Bib’s LOT theory thread mentioned above. Easier instructions can also be found here: Bib’s LOT Theory 101
If you already know your LOT, then please take it again. LOT can vary a lot (no pun intended ;) ) from day to day. It is very important that you take the LOT test after you do the tension test.
Also, don't just go with the flow. Make a sound judgement based on what you feel and not what everyone else feels. You might be different than everyone else, and if you are then it is imperative that you post the truth, not a fabrication to fit in.
My results
Since I am starting the thread, I will go first.
I will post the clock followed by where I feel tension:
12:00 - Tension along my shaft and in my perineum.
11:00 - Tension along my shaft (particularly the sides) and in my perineum.
10:00 - Tension along my shaft (particularly the sides).
9:00 - Tension along my shaft, and a light tension at the base.
8:00 - Equally divided tension along my shaft and at the base (my ligaments).
7:00 - Tension on my ligaments.
6:00 - Tension on my ligaments.
My current LOT is: between 7:30 and 8:00. Thus, my Loss Of Tugback is pretty coherent with where I feel the tension.
Now, anyone can take part in this test. Try it out if you want and post your results here.
