Theraband for manual stretching?

Theraband for manual stretching?

I know this may sound odd, but I have 2 pieces of skin (one on each side of the shaft) that connect the skin on the upper portion of the shaft to the glans itself. I have considered having this surgically removed, but I would rather not do it now as I have already waited for a LONG time to start doing PE. This skin makes it impossible not to pull too much skin while doing manual stretching, so I was wondering if maybe using some Theraband wrapped tightly just below the glans might help me get a better grip to stretch with and keep the skin from wrapping over the glans. However, after I get all of my lig gains, I plan on doing a lot of OTS hanging with the BIBhanger, and was wondering if this skin might interfere with this as well. I have heard that the hanger does not put a lot of pressure on the glans as it is distrubuted mostly throughout the shaft, so it MAY work fine. Because of the learning curve, I don’t really want to start out with hanging, but if it seems like a better alternative for me, I will start with hanging. Thanks in advance for any advice.

By the way, does anyone else happen to have this skin attaching to the glans?

In order to do manual stretching effectively, you’ll want to stabilize the skin bridges to keep them from moving. Using a wrap like Theraband might just be what you want. Be careful not to make it too tight. It should probably overlap the glans a bit to keep the bridge from moving as well as below the glans to keep the skin from folding over them.

The grip that many guys use is an overhand grip that approaches the penis from the glans end. With your palm down and your first finger and thumb facing your body, grasp the wrap directly over the sulcus (under the corona or ridge of the glans) where the skin bridges are. Close your hand around your flaccid penis (erections are not good for manual stretching) and use your triceps to pull the penis way from you using your elbow as a hinge point.

For pics of some really nasty (some completely attaching the corona to the shaft) skin bridges, go here . This is from an anti-circumcision site, so be aware of the words used. Of course skin bridges are a direct result of a circumcision that was not done completely correctly, so they do have a point.

Thanks Westla. Luckily, the skin bridge I have is not as bad as any of those on that site, but I can tell it is still interfering with stretching. I’ll order some Theraband today and post how it works out here in the case that anyone else who has this problem is having trouble stretching (which I don’t see how they could not be). If anyone else has had to find a way to get a good stretch because of a skin bridge, your input is more than welcome. Thanks again westla. By the way, good to know I’m not the only person with this left after a circumcision. I wonder why they don’t make parents take their children back if they are going to circumcise them to make sure nothing was messed up?

Peace
