In a nutshell, yes. Though how efficient stretches and jelqs are still varies from person to person.

I know hangers say every day minimum 10hrs a week. But the way I read your article it seems to me it could be used the way your theory goes. Correct me if I’m wrong.

My theory and conventional hanging theories don’t mesh. I am not a fan of the huge time commitment of conventional hanging but it does work.

My theory applied to a Bib Hangar may not get you what you seek in the time period you’re going after it. I simply don’t have enough positive experience hanging to tell you more.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

As far as the hanger goes I was looking at it as another method of stretching. I’ll go with the normal manual stretches switching them up every 6 weeks and see how it goes.

This is kind of similar to the peter dick method


Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

There is merit there. Each of my hanging attempts I ran that way. But, most of the hanging theory is heavy hours, weight to fatigue point. And because I suck at compression hanging (I just hate it) I never made much by way of gains from it.

I plan on attacking hanging the way you describe once the year turns and I start my new vac hanging campaign.

But I haven’t found it effective with hanging to date in practice, despite what I suspect in theory. That was all I was saying.

How does one decondition for 4 weeks? Did you feel like you would lose gains?
