Never let PE take away from your sex life. Ever. Never turn down sex because of PE.

Masturbation doesn’t really have too much of an effect if you’re not doing it to excess. Life has that in it.

Hey TG can you give me your thought on this one?

I’ve been PEing for 6months now and I’m gonna take a 20 days break next week.

I did some sort of newbie routine plus pumping, ADS. I’ve gained a decent amount but my gains have stalled for the last month.

After I restart PE I’ll start hanging with the Bib starter, so my question is, should I do this 6 weeks on 1 week off with an everyday regiment? I was reading the bibs forum and he advises to train everyday, with one or two days a week with a light training. I didn’t know about this 1 week off thing.

Also how much did you gain from hanging only? Do you know it?

My hanging gains were minimal but I put my guesstimate on gains from it in my signature. One of the 8 million links in it.

I’m really not learned in hanging enough to offer advice on it the way you’re asking. I may go back to it later to learn more so I can offer more in depth advice. Your questions are beyond my basic understanding. I’m sorry can’t be of more assistance.

Hi, sorry if my English is bad, I come from the Spanish forum, it’s just that your subject attracted me, some doubts arose, and I tell you a bit about my experience.
I’ve been in this for 10 months on PE, and as you say it’s best to focus on a single target thickness or length, this time I’ve focused on length.

believe me that I have had very good gains, my routines were based on novices, from there alternating days, 5 onn and 2 off, 3 onn 1 off, the exercises were gradually increasing, towards variables, etc., all this with the intention and the fear that my penis was going to get used to it, by June began to hang weights but without so much intensity 1 kg for 15 min that was everything, really had not lasted more than a month with the same routine, until September began to occupy an extensor traction, at first it took 12 hrs, now reduced the time to 10 hrs + jelqs + hanging 10 minutes, in fact this routine also brought me great results too.
Now I have programmed to use the extender for 6 months, maybe make variables to the routine but continue occupying the same, once I finish that period I think, take a break of a whole month without any activity and then work thickness, a month is good or should increase the period ?.

Yes. I apply a month or 2 after every 3 or 4 months of PE.

I’ve been doing 1 day on 2 days off for a total of 5 work outs. Then I take 7 weeks off. In the 5th work out I can not get the maximum length in the pump as I have seen on any of the previous 4 work out. I assume the penis is toughening up and I rest for 7 weeks.

Next time I am only going to do 4 work outs to see if avoiding the toughening helps. I’m seeing steady gains in girth and some length.

For the P phase I have I have been making sure I regularly get errect to keep the expansion without causing inflammation. Or I phase. Recently I have been using a loose cock ring to ensure the errection is slightly stronger than normal to ensure a successful P phase. Then 7 weeks R phase or rest.

I’m 9 weeks back in the PE journey I’d been out since around 2015. I held off on measuring until a couple days ago and haven’t gained a thing other than better EQ and erections at the drop of a hat. I’ve been reading a lot and had come up with a plan to stretch every chance I got during waking hours every day until I read this theory.

So with that out of the way I have a couple questions.

1. 2 on 1 off / day1 stretches day2 jelqs day3 off. Repeat for six weeks then take 1 week off. Change up stretches and girth work and repeat for six weeks. Am I correct in what I believe you’re saying on this theory?

2. I also have a bib starter. With your theory I should be able to hang “at a later cycle” day1 hang day2 light girth work day3 off repeat for six weeks. Am I correct thinking this way on using the hanger this way?

I know hangers say every day minimum 10hrs a week. But the way I read your article it seems to me it could be used the way your theory goes. Correct me if I’m wrong.
