Thoughts? JAI - ULI combo
Wanted to run this by everyone. I was doing some stretches, JAI, and ULI’s today when I thought about combining the two. I am curious if this has been documented before or if anyone else tried it. I really like it and hope it may help span the gap between flacid stretch length and erect length.
Here is what I did. Do a uli grasping at the base. Then quickly but firmly stretch it outward. Same rhythm and duration as a jai. I only needed to move and inch or two to feel the expansion and stretch at the same time. Just did 20 or so of these to see my PI’s after. I guess its a combined ULI, JAI and slight jelq since you dont release base grip.
Just curious if this is already an exercise with a different name.
