Hey guys,

Wanted to run this by everyone. I was doing some stretches, JAI, and ULI’s today when I thought about combining the two. I am curious if this has been documented before or if anyone else tried it. I really like it and hope it may help span the gap between flacid stretch length and erect length.

Here is what I did. Do a uli grasping at the base. Then quickly but firmly stretch it outward. Same rhythm and duration as a jai. I only needed to move and inch or two to feel the expansion and stretch at the same time. Just did 20 or so of these to see my PI’s after. I guess its a combined ULI, JAI and slight jelq since you dont release base grip.

Just curious if this is already an exercise with a different name.

For girth, I will also do a uli grasp at the base with one hand and with the other hand squeeze the full shaft length and hold for up to 20 seconds.

Yes, it can easily create intense pressure so, as always take it easy, but it gives great expansion. You will see your exposed head expand during the hold. I usually do these in the morning just before and during my shower and then pump later in the day.

I think this squeeze and pumping provide similar internal cock pressures.

Great way to explain it. I do it as a uli with a almost mini jelq movement meant to stretch the ligs hard and other internal structures. Thats where the Jai part comes in with the firm quick stretches/mini jelqs. I will note that for my ULI I do the Ok sign with the ok against my pubic bone. Hard to describe but that sounds right.

One other thing I combine with the squeeze is helicopter spins while holding the uli OK grip. It centrifuges even more blood in for greater expansion during the squeeze. I alternate the full squeeze with the helicopter spins and the results can be impressive and even stimulating. :)

I think I’m finally starting gain from PE. I always took days off and never kept a routine. Now I do a daily routine and I’m going extreme with it. I don’t want to overdue it and injure it again but I keep waking up with crazy morning wood so I’m gonna keep at it until I feel that fade. Wish I found this site years ago.

No, you cannot stretch when you are 100% erect. Your cock should be in the 60 to 90% erect range to get a good stretch.

Right, with how I do mine. I get 60-70% erect before clamping my hands down. Then I kegel to get expansion and proceed from there. I think if you start with 100% you dont get the expansion as you do if starting 60-70 with a few kegels for blood. Just how I do it.

Really I feel like stretching without being erect is better. Am I wrong. I feel I can’t pull it good when semi hard
