To boldly PE what no one has PEed before?
I think the most outstanding feature in this forum is the tendency of so many (all?) users to try, make experiments, ‘see what happens if’.
The list of topics sometimes offers as many different theories about PE as users.
So many users, besides their own routines, develop a personal exercise, and they build the theory of their gains above that.
I’m just curious: do you think that gains are more consequences to the same routine, to the same exercises, for everyone, or do you believe that for every man there’s a precise exercise (maybe not listed here), able to win maximum gain in minimal time?
