Updating your stats

Why don’t people keep their stats pages updated or even worse, not filled in at all?

It’s so frustrating when you want to see a quick overview of someone’s progress on a particular type of routine and when you click onto their stats page it’s empty.

Grrrr!!

Come on folks it’s not that hard and can be a very beneficial tool to review your progress or to analyze when you made growth spurts or hit bad patches. These things are on the site for a reason so please take the time to head to the stats page and fill them in.

You won’t regret it.

It would be awesome if more people took before during and after photos too, but I know that isn’t going to happen. It’s a fucking pain in the neck. I have my “befores’, can’t wait till I feel it’s worth taking some ‘during’ shots.

I already tried taking one of these photos before, and it is nearly impossible to align the ruler, hold a maxed erection and snap a picture.

That is a tough one and while I have pics up I don’t have any with a ruler beside it.

That said, I do have my stats page filled in.

How and where do I update this page?

On the home page scroll down to the very bottom and you’ll see a link to ‘PE Data Site’ click on that and then go to your ‘personal home page’. There you can enter your new measurements and get started.

Or at the top of any forum page click on ‘quick links’ and there’s a link to the stats page as well as many other useful things.

Holy crap! I’m so glad someone brought this up! With 125,000 members, you would think we could be the largest self-reported size study ever! The last time I checked (August) we had just over 4000 members reporting stats. I think the rule should be (not sure if it’s technically feasible) that you need at least beginning stats filled out if you are to be allowed to post at all.

I post regularly, but I’m still not even close to my 300 posts needed for senior membership. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read someones post and clicked on their stats only to find them empty - and this includes senior members!

I always wondered how to do it because it would help myself keep track as well.

Tell me about it!

Don’t ask me. I keep my stats updated on regular basis and I encourage everyone to do the same. I was not that persistent at the start but intend to add my stats on a monthly basis. Also for statistical reasons, it would be very good if people put in data a couple of times per year.

I will get my official measurements by Oct 31st. I gained 1 cm in length since Sept 5th and lots of diameter. I am like a proud father looking at my boy grow.

ps. You inspired me to put my routine in my profile and update the information.

For those of you who don’t put your stats down on the data pages - once they’re here, you don’t have to worry about losing those little bits of paper you hide in cubbies on your desk and think are subtle, that say: 10/14/09 5.75 L, 4.80 G.
