Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I just finished reading this entire thread. A great read with great advice. I’m PUMPED about trying this, there is an academy right down the street!

I haven’t done any fulcrum stretching yet, but they do make a great ADS. I’m looking forward to getting a good stretch as well.

Like wm say, ease into the ‘smores- they are deceptively intense.
I gave myself a blood blister on the shaft two weeks in- and I have loose skin.

I’m going to have to order Monty’s large PE weights as I can’t get closer than 2” to my perlvis- and that requires negotiating meatus through the standard size.

The ‘smores continue to be my main PE staple, along with golf weight ADS’ing afterwards. I’ve measured 7 and 3/8ths for 3 days in a row so, *yowza!* that’s another signature update for me.

I measured girth the other day and got a head scratcher of a reading. Could it really be so? My girl’s cunt is certainly saying that something is up. A very tight squeeze near the base nowadays to be sure. I’ll measure first of next month to do a girth update. As I’ve said previously, I think these blast girth also. We’ll see.

I have lately been focusing very much on making sure that my ‘smores are done in a not too extreme of a fashion, are done while VERY heated up, and are followed IMMEDIATELY by ADS. I have also been emphasizing the amount of time spent ADS’ing. I’d say I’m getting 5 plus hours per day 7 days per week, religiously.

I just wanted to mention that I found some golf weights the other day and have tried this exercise a few times. I am really impressed with it, I can see and feel the potential in this simple yet ingenious method. I have never really found a fulcrum method that worked for me until this.

I haven’t hammered down my new routine just yet, but I can assure you it will include this exercise.

Anyone else found that they need to ease into ‘smores carefully?
Any more than a 5 count NEWS [North East West South- I.e., up, left, right, down] stretch going on and 5 helicopters per direction coming off per ring and no morning wood the next day.

Negative PIs are never a good thing.

This shit is really potent- and while I haven’t had any gains yet, I’d stalled quite a while back. I’m getting a sense of easing back in.

I’m not a regular measuring guy- other than having my pump tube marked off and a BPFSL tally stick- but I am finding that my junk is generally ‘looser’ and more pliable.

But the pump tube best hash mark is getting matched almost every time more quickly at ever lower pressure, the girth is packing 2/3 of the way up with no bruising, and my BPFSL seems to ‘loosening up’ [no tighter days]- so I’m thinking that as long as I can keep the PIs in positive territory and not get greedy, it’s all good.

Back to hanging soon enough.
My top tendon/ lig is the primary obstacle at this point, but if ‘smores can keep the rest of the meat loose enough that the son of a bitch gets no support from the rest of the junk- I may beat that tough fucker yet.

Anyone find any larger inner diameter ring type options [other than Monty’s large PEweights]?

I agree. This stretch can kill your EQ if you don’t ease into it.

I can’t do them with much intensity for very long, but then again I’m still reconditioning. I’m really tenative on doing them as forceful as I could, it feels like I could rip my dick right off. Come to think of it EQ was down today.

Have you been able to keep this schedule, wantsmore? It sounds rough.

Just stumbled across this thread, although I’m months from adding this as a routine, I really like the idea of fulcrum stretches. I can see why it’s hard to ease into something that’s so exciting. Any newb that’s over-trained here or there knows. I don’t think an ADS will fit in my schedule and lifestyle, but I like wantsmore’s theory about this stretching the actual tunica and other tissues, rather than the ligs. I’m thinking ‘smores with some topping of Shunga’s routine could make for a very productive summer.

I have a question about heating though. Is a shower the only/ best way to do this? I added up the time and it seems like it can be a 40 minute to hour long shower. I don’t think my apartment’s water heater can handle that.
